Love the outside of the home layout, the windows are great, the kitchen is plain Jane. The master suite is too small, I would have put the master bedroom somewhere else.
I think a lot of homes they are building now have small master bedrooms and bigger walk in closets. There's not really a good wall to put the bed on in the master. If your going to go with a smaller master then you have to have custom built ins with drawers and all for owners under garments and such.

You should consider putting double sinks in the bathroom on the first floor or the second. I have two kids close in age and we also have in-laws who visit often so this is always something we look for. The second floor in this home is perfect for a guest room space and playroom!

They can use the counter top and put chairs there. Use that space to the left of the kitchen for more storage space, and maybe a pretty, cushioned window seat. Who thought it was a good idea to have the master bedroom off the kitchen? The maid’s room, yes, but not the MBR. Having said, we added a ground level master suite to our split level house but it is off the main room which we made significantly larger with lots of neat builtins. The bedrooms here are very small. What is the total square footage? I like the exterior, especially the painted brick. I tend to think that the fixation with white is going to go out in a few years, away from thinking it is “clean and modern” and more towards “boring and unimaginative.”

They update the bathrooms and tear out their original tile and marble and quartz eve trying to match. How are you going to keep all the white stuff clean? If you’re into Millennial moderne than this is perfect for you and you can wrap yourself in plastic and fill the place with white furniture and distressed bric a brak that all tie into your farmhouse look. I’m sorry but this whole farmhouse thing has gone rampant and there’s nothing more charming than an original craftsman home with its fully functional and traditional layout. Separate rooms for separate functions. If someone started a craze to actually restore the old homes instead of just stripping them bare and trying to make a quick flip that would be honorable. But it’s going to take time money and talent to restore a home which unfortunately the skills of the craftsman have all been lost to the diy couple with their wirelessly charged screw guns and lack any form of creativity just doing the same thing everyone else is doing. How boring, show me something I can actually live in that has the rich beauty of the woods selected and colorful tile work. If you really think about it nobody really wants to live in a real farm house, they all moved off the farms to live in the city.
