Hey man, are you a general contractor in NC? I am trying to build an ICF house there and don't know any good ones.
There is some extra detail that you could have put in this home the tray celing in the master room is very plaine also in master bath that solid mirror no separate decorative mirrors, the lighting not fan of very plaine for the price point of home. fiber glass bathtubs in home and that painted panel in the entry way. Don't think that will catch on looks like what people use to do when not able to take paneling down would just paint it. Just really could have been the wow factor but put alot of things that's found in mid price homes. Not a fan.
The bathroom should be open too much enclosure. But overall beautiful place.

The wooden floors in the home are no good. They look patchy and orange. Would have looked so much nicer with a lime wash or white wash oak to take away that yellow/orange colour and would have made it look,less patchy. Wide oak boards also,would have looked nicer. Closet fit outs are cheap and nasty. The floor plan is really good. Don’t like those plastic looking bathrooms where you have the shower/bath.
