Yes, a little long, but lots of information in it. I would think that you could easily create a full series of tutorials just on 3D! (I've been wondering about it.) How I handled the length: just watched for a while and took a break, and came back and watched some more. Well worth the time taken.

Great tutorial! Would it be possible to see one on creating similar brush effects without the use of a plug-in? I'm assuming that ParticleShop isn't doing much there that Photoshop isn't capable of with a custom brush and the right brush settings.
i have a question not related to this.. so i've created a logo in illustrator and i am coloring it in Photoshop and its multi-colored for example a tomato red and the stalk is green how can i make the colors layers blend in smoothly making it look real, and natural..you're the best!!

He does tend to ramble. Excessive, superfluous wording can be very annoying and distracting because it holds no teaching value and "clutters" speech when you're trying to concentrate on the important stuff. It's constructive criticism on how to improve his videos and I see no problem with that.
