You can‘t see your brush because you probably have your caps lock selected (on). When you added sunlight you added it at the top but then your shadow was at a contradicting angle to the light. Thanx for showing the technique. It was creative.

This is very interesting, but instead of playing with the properties of the brush, why not just put both forground and backgroud to black? It won't matter anymore if it toggles from background to foreground

you cannot see the size of the brush probably because you have the caps lock active and that will show the precision brush tip. Great video by the way.

Why don't just duplicate the grass layer put it in the top create a negative mask set the foreground colour white and paint around shoes ?

Unmesh pardon me. But u cannot see the brush because ur capslock is on. Off the capslock and u will see the brush

its supposed to be flaring, and i guess it technically can happen but its a rare occasion where the light wraps around the lens
