7:51 I don’t understand why you just ran straight into them. Did you not see the weird turn they were pulling? Were you distracted or something because you didn’t even slow down for a second?
The car did have their left turn signal on before starting that weird "I need to go right before I make a left turn move". It seemed pretty easy to avoid if the cammer was paying attention.
I call BS! Checked my eye! Had he really checked he wouldn't have change lanes or he he the kind of entitled driver that thinks because he used his turn signal he can cut people off and they better slow down for him? Cammer at fault. And if it's true the other car took off he shouldn't have. Cammer was at fault and should have paid for his damages.
When on a multi-lane road I always try to observe not just the lane next to me but also the lane beyond that. I'm VERY cautious about changing lanes when there's a vehicle overtaking in the lane beyond the one I want to move to, in case they start changing lanes (I suspect this is what happened with this one).
It seems many drivers believe that when a vehicle in the lane next to you signals to enter your lane it is your legal duty to prevent them from merging.
And he was driving dangerously simply because there wasn't enough room for the guy next to him to merge safely. Who drives down a freeway with 2 carlengths in front of them?
I'm glad to see the driver is getting properly ripped in the comments. Why would you even submit this? There is not one person who will think it was right to do this. What a terrible person, and a danger to society.
@@darrennew8211 Come to L.A. where you will find 5 or more lanes packed with vehicles with often less than one car length between them. Heaven forbid anyone turns on their turn signal, as that gap even gets smaller.
Yeah right! I think quite a few of these camera drivers could of avoided an accident but they must of believed that the video footage would be in their favor
#3 I’d be to say the cammer is at fault for this, such a blatantly avoidable crash, it almost appeared that he sped up and even made a micro adjustment to the left as he anticipated pitting this driver into the barrier. Regardless of right of way, he had his indicator on and slowly started to merge, this is a simple case of a driver getting a big head. Hope the damages were worth your pride!
I've had this happen a number of times. Due to the size of a-pillars on newer vehicles, it's often times hard to see people signaling next to you. I just got a '22 3500 Denali and I'm not a fan of the huge mirrors on these trucks. Between the a-pillar and the mirrors, I have to have my head on a swivel, constantly, to be on the lookout for exactly this type of thing. Normally, I simply lay on the horn and slow down, but I've had a few truly close calls.
@@laknox88 A-pillars blocking your view is a crappy excuse for not paying attention, because you should have already seen what would become blocked for only a second or two. funny enough by closing the gap he intentionally hit the vehicle in front of him, legislation dictates that drivers must attempt to avoid an imminent collision, reason why if you are speeding and see someone crossing further down the road and you still hit him at the same speed as when you identified the problem you are either at fault or will shared a 50/50 responsibility. 1:13 this is an old clip that's been going around for a few years, not sure why it was submitted as an original. The cammer was reaching behind her to give her son a bag of chips in the backseat and was unaware that traffic had stopped
How so? The other car changed lanes without signaling, and had their own lane for the merge. There is no need to change lanes until they are up to speed with the traffic on the freeway.
^exactly. This causes more problems than people are willing to admit. You don't get to mosey your way on the highway and THEN find the gas pedal. That's how you get hit. Tuck did a good job of being aware that this @$$hat was going to do this and slowed down to prevent an accident.
@ballinbunnies Look ahead of the cammer. There is a car in the same lane as the cammer and a mini bus merging onto the freeway. They are pretty much in the same situation as the cammer and the silver car. The bus uses the merge lane properly and merges behind the car without any problems. If the silver car did the same, no problem. And car ahead of the cammer is going as fast as the cammer as well.

Absolutely correct. Just with that slight maneuver to the left by the cammer would be enough to declare the cammer 100% at fault, maybe even a charge of attempted murder.
I always explain that _IF_ you need to jerk the wheel, you are going to have to jerk the wheel equally the other way to get the car straight again. Another thing that makes these wheel jerk situations bad is that in a front wheel drive car, if you jump off the throttle at the same time, the engine braking will make the unbraked rear wheels want to pass the front engine braking wheels. so exercising delicate throttle control in the situation, and sometimes, giving it more gas to pull the car straight... is difficult when the human at the wheel just wants to get off this hairy thrill ride RIGHT NOW! ;-)
If you get out of your car to approach me, because you did something wrong and you leave your door open. You can guarantee when you get back your vehicle. You're not gonna have no driver to work.

#2 - Seems like people who live in these areas that get snow and ice would know that 1) you should slow down, and 2) black ice tends to be found at bridge crossings.
#3 - Cammer caused the accident by deliberately trying to close the gap and prevent the Jeep from changing lanes. Prick.
#5 - What was the cammer doing instead of driving?
#13 - Checked and signaled? Cammer must have checked the left side instead of the right.
#17 - Those carpool entry/exit areas are very short, so you need to move in and out quickly. That Explorer had signaled well in advance and the biker should have been keeping an eye out for that. They wouldn't have been able to see that motorcycle popping in and out from behind cars and trying to share lanes.
0:53 I hope you showed the video to the insurance company so they can hold you liable for the accident.
7:05 What strait were you sailing on?
Video #17 4:12 Lou's Place - the dangers of "lane splitting". It doesn't matter if it is legal or not, it is simply unsafe and idiotic especially at that speed differential. Hopefully the biker is OK. Some bikers just don't think. For those, they can put "But what he was doing was legal...." on their head stones. ILR Car Control School.
I'm all fk'd up and can't walk, but I was legally lane splitting.
3:11 You are lucky the other driver fled the scene, otherwise it would have been your fault!
1:51 just me or does the cammer turn into the path of the truck?
My favorite RUclips channel keep up the great work
Keep clowning Shrek 🤡
@@Tony_417 please be nice to me
Amazing how so many would rather cause an accident rather to just back off a hit an avoid? So many fragile ego on the road would rather cause material damage and put life at risk just to prove they are right and the other driver is wrong. Total bunch of idiots
Last clip is such a typical BMW driver: don’t stop at a stop sign, don’t signal, egregiously cut someone off, then brake check, stop your car in the middle of the street and then proceed to climb on the mountain of biggest dicks by getting out of your car to berate the and road rage the good driver you screwed over.
4:20 biker was clearly weaving waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy too much
1:13 this is an old clip that's been going around for a few years, not sure why it was submitted as an original. The cammer was reaching behind her to give her son a bag of chips in the backseat and was unaware that traffic had stopped
2:15 Tuck, you tried to cause a wreck but failed. Better luck next time.
@@cybore213cammer was passing on the right with people clearly trying to merge onto the highway ahead. Cammer put himself in that position.
@6:49 - I hear there's a good insurance agent at the Costco in Bakersfield, CA...
0:35 Nice PIT there...that was intentional.
1:25 Pay attention, bet this idiot was on their phone with that lack of awareness.
#9 2:15 Bruh, you're overtaking traffic in the slow lane and boxing out mergers as well? Total d-bag move.
1:24 Luke, are you seriously trying to put some blame on the person stopped in front of you? lol
(8:27) The caption doesn't accurately describe what happened in the clip. I had to read it twice to make sure I was reading it correctly. 😀
#4 lemme guess.. it happened near Broadway.
1:18 you definitely wasn’t paying attention. You had the whole shoulder to avoid that.
Every biker, regardless of a stupid state saying its ok, but every biker that EVER lane splits, you will never have right of way as you are NOT in a lane, to have right of way of ANY lane you must be in a lane, splitting them isnt in them nor give you right of way. Literally 95% of the world lane splitting is illegal, because its dumb and dangerous. any vehicle IN a lane will have right of way.
Why is it that the clips that actually _need_ some context always have no comments?
This vid is wild Holy cow
That biker must really want to be an organ donor!! LOL
Which one?

Lane splitting IS safer. If you don’t do it at light speed.
"but letting computers drive will cause accidents" people insist.
7:10 Passing on the right. What could go wrong? Partial blame goes to cammer
7:00 car swerved and lost control when trying to avoid getting hit by the white truck. The car didn't have time to check to see if the lane next to them was clear. 1000% the truck's fault
It's funny that so many cammers throughout the years record themselves going really f**king fast, but blame someone else for the results.
I'm sorry but video number 3 if I was the adjuster at your insurance company I would have definitely found some comparative negligence. you took no evasive action whatsoever. It's like you intentionally ran into him
3:06 - The moment you began changing lanes we can see the headlights of the other car. Which means, you didn’t check very well to see if a car was coming up. If you saw them coming and got over anyway because you had your blinker on? You blinker does not give you the right of way.
It’s kind of insane how many bad drivers are just waiting to get in to another accident.
I got PTSD from getting hit in the rear so I constantly look in my rear view mirror , CONSTANTLY🤦🏿♀️
3:38 that video of the car knocking the pole over is a few years old, ive seen it on here before and the other dashcam channels. Not sure if you claiming its new,. but a re-upload nonetheless
4:07 Lane splitting can be painful.
As it well should.
Yeah, but did you see that Ford? That looked intentional. Biker's an idiot, but the SUV driver looked to want to commit vehicular assault.
@@warlocc-paul The Ford was changing lanes, but the IDIOT on the bike caused the accident, HE broke the law by speeding and lane splitting.
@@Buckaroo543 Video is the I-405 northbound in Irvine, CA. Lane splitting is legal in California. But just because you can, doesn't always mean you should.
@@warlocc-paul Ford was indicating the lane change before the video even starts. Lane splitting might be legal in CA but only when it is done safely according to the law. CHP guidelines state that it should only be done below 40mph and that the splitter should never exceed 10mph over the flow of traffic. Biker is an idiot and is just another example of why lane splitting should just be illegal as there is no good reason for it.
:31 You just couldn't allow the car to merge, now could you fool.
This video is a friendly reminder that YOLO isn't a good driving strategy.
4:42 Careful not to many left.
0:05 that poor uturn lady should’ve taken the struggle bus!🚌
#12 Cammer was going too fast in that situation.
@5:45 i kinda really hoped that biker would have pitted himself when he swerved back at the car
#17 well, like I always say about clips like this.. this is one of the *many* reasons why lane splitting should be illegal *periodttttt*
0:31 - Hard to imagine that there are people out there who are dumb enough to upload this footage thinking the other person was the bad guy.
Last clip is downtown in my city
#5 ive seen before if im not mistaken it has audio and cammer had child in car
Yeah I think the kid dropped their toy and she smoked the car in front because she was turned around trying to reach the kid's toy to give it back to them.
4:10 Another stupid squid getting squidded!
1:26 - Obviously not the Cammer's description, since they were the one not paying attention to the road
1:45 - That's not an SUV it's a Station Wagon...
6:15 - Straighten out your Angle and you can see both directions clearly
That last clip: He turns right, then goes to the left lane and then stops and gets out --totally in the wrong and dangerous as hell. A menace to traffic! Needs to lose his license.
6:48 #28 Karma that the white truck got wrecked too! He started it by changing lane without looking and running the car out of his lane. Karma baby, karma. LOL!
1:53 why did you steer into the truck when you could have easily avoided the wreck?
Video #3 0:35 Anonymous - I can see why you wish to remain anonymous in this video. You were driving like a jerk. You could see the silver SUV driver wanting to move over, so instead of you being a courteous driver and letting them in, you sped up and intentionally hit them. You caused this collision and I hope you were charged as such. Another case of DCS? ILR Car Control School
Absolutely correct. Just with that slight maneuver to the left by the cammer would be enough to declare the cammer 100% at fault, maybe even a charge of attempted murder.
@6:49, That wasn't a Crazy accident, that's the way they drive there. @7:50 YOU weren't paying attention.
6:45 This is why I am constantly telling my wife not to jerk the wheel at the first sign of trouble. I fear this will be her someday. Be safe y'all.
I always explain that _IF_ you need to jerk the wheel, you are going to have to jerk the wheel equally the other way to get the car straight again.
Another thing that makes these wheel jerk situations bad is that in a front wheel drive car, if you jump off the throttle at the same time, the engine braking will make the unbraked rear wheels want to pass the front engine braking wheels. so exercising delicate throttle control in the situation, and sometimes, giving it more gas to pull the car straight... is difficult when the human at the wheel just wants to get off this hairy thrill ride RIGHT NOW! ;-)
3:06 cammer would be at fault for unsafely changing lanes.
Oh you have your blinker on, let me speed up to block you, then pull a pit maneuver on you!
If you get out of your car to approach me, because you did something wrong and you leave your door open. You can guarantee when you get back your vehicle. You're not gonna have no driver to work.
#5 wow.. full speed with no braking at all.. I feel bad for the first vehicle this moe ron hit, cuz they got the brunt of it.
Video #31 7:51 M Cumber - were you not watching? You could see the turn signal for long enough to react and you could have stopped in time at that slow speed. You must have been distracted. ILR Car Control School
