That's a really good video.👍👍👍 I would add a precautionary statement. Building materials should be sampled and tested for asbestos and lead by a pro before disturbing them. This is more of a concern for buildings constructed prior to to 1981. Asbestos and lead were commonly used in building materials in the old days and can be a problem. Only really low levels of lead are used in paint these days, but asbestos can still be found most commonly in roofing and flooring materials for homes constructed even from 1981 and onward. Asbestos was never completely banned from all building materials in the U.S.

Good point, thanks for sharing. You're right I should have added a note. Luckily I know that room was built in the late 80s. Shame they used asbestos in so many things, but they didn't know at the time
