Hello, Thank you for an informative video. Do i need the Brither stand to be able to use it? Look forward to seeing more videos. Thank you. Regards, Ann.
Thank you for sharing and being such a good teacher. I have the needle plate cover that I have no clue how to install it. I broke it and have ordered another one. I know it will work without it but I don't know how to pop it in place as I have seen others do. Any suggestion. I got an after market plate and it broke when I tried to install it. I have ordered 2 more. I have the Brother PR670E. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing! My designs are stitching SO HIGH on the cap. I followed your directions and Brother's to a T. Any idea on ways to fix this?
Sarah Fetter I still can't get it closer than about an inch from the brim. Once I put the cap on the machine, I press the adjustment buttons on the machine to slide the design all the way down to as close as it can get to the brim.
Yes. The hat hoop can only accommodate a certain size (check the manual for your hat hoop size). If your design is supposed to be smaller than that size then you may have a stray stitch that is making your design larger than its supposed to be.
Eve, I'm not able to get my hoop to stitch that low. and how did you get the letter/design size that you have achieved on the hat you are showing? I have the same hat driver but am not successfull in getting it to stitch close to the brim as you have. Did you load the sample hat that you showed further back on the driver so that the teeth on the locking band is further back/closer? how did you achieve success with the sample hat?
You have to be sure to slide the sweat band under the metal lip as far as you can, then put that metal band across the hat with the teeth inside the crease seam of the hat where it meets the brim. It's a process, and it takes patience. You may even have to loosen the screws on the side of that band, adjust the strap out a smidge, then tighten the screws back down. After that, you need to adjust the embroidery design down closer to the brim within the machine display.
Thank you !! HELP ME I have the persona 100 every time I try to EMBROIDER a design on my machine tells me my image is too large and I know it's not 2.73x 2.66 what am I doing wrong?
Are you centering it? If the design is off to the side... the machine might think the design area is too big. Or try tightening the white plastic bolts on the back of the machine arm.
Thank you Eve! I just got the PRS and it came with a cap hoop; you saved the day!

I have a PRCF3 cap hoop for a Brother PR650e. Is this the correct hat hoop? Which designs work best on hats?

Why I’m I getting a message saying change to larger embroidery frame? Is there a specific size the design has to be to use the hat hoop?

@@TheBabysBooty OK. I'll try this. Thank you.
This is why I'm so glad you have your machine to teach us lol 😂
Lorraine Cotton 😊 Thank you! Yes, Blessing has been a blessing to so many people! I'm very happy to share ☺
We have a PR670 with this attachment but our design isn’t centered. Is there something we are doing wrong?
@john yip I have the same problem. It is never centered. I have ruined so many hats. Did you ever figure out a fix for this?
How long did it take to run that logo?

will this fit a pr670e
The PR670e does have a similar (if not the same) cap attachment that allows you to embroider hats.
@@TheBabysBooty its really hard to find it ive been looking all over the internet
