Hope you have a great week :)
Great video ! I just bought this machine and I am completely new and naive with embroidery. I was wondering if you can do a video on how you placed these patches on the clothing afterwards as well as how to create or design .
Thanks! I did a different video using my PE-770 to make a bunch of patches, and how to add fusible webbing, that video might be helpful. Once that was done, I just cut them out, ironed them onto a bunch of jean jackets, and then stitched around the edges to secure it in place :) I also have a video on how to design custom graphics too which should be helpful

@@TockCustom I’ve left my machine a couple of months because of having a new baby, I’ve set it all up again today and came back to look at your video! It’s the best tutorial on this machine!
Really nice machine, I have no idea if it matters or not, but I always run mine at less than full throttle, usually 800 spm, I can't bring myself to floor the thing right out of the gate.
Running it at 1000 SPM is okay with standard thread (for the most part) - but lowering to 800 will create less stoppages and thread breaks. Also you need to lower it to like 600 for specialty threads (like metallics and stuff). It totally does matter, great comment :)
Just got this machine! thank you for the video - it was very helpful. Looking to scan a fairly simple image in the machine and then embroider it. Having a problem with the sequence and making everything work. Do you plan to do a tutorial on this function? I realize there is a digitizing s/w and process out there, but looking to see what the machine itself can do. Thank you for your help, your work is amazing!
I just got this machine and the one thing that has me bewildered is the threading selection. I managed to set the machine up and even the wifi and got it threaded. But my confusion comes when I go to the screen and all the numbers are in the needle positions. I can't seem to get them changed. I found a page that has a clear settings button. I presses that and it cleared on that page but not when I went to embroider. So, I'm going to look to see if you have any videos explaining more about the thread selections. The gal at the store said for me not to pay any attention to the left side of the screen when looking at the colors. Confusing. Thank you for your time. I just saw you on Sewing Machines Plus and think you are amazing!
I just got this machine. I'm gobsmacked. My eyesight is failing and I would like to know how I can switch spool colors and spool numbers so that if I have green on spool 3 but would like to switch green to spool 9, how would i do that??? This is the best tutorial I have found. You are a master instructor..
very helpful video! I need definitely more videos about this machine, mine has arrived today and would like to learn more about it and also about digitizing my own designs, for example. Do you think, you will make such a video in the future? Greatings from germany :-)
I plan on doing a LOT more videos with this machine, I've just gotten caught up with a ton of other projects. Feel free to give me some ideas of what you'd like to see :) I already have a tutorial on digitizing graphics here: ruclips.net/video/fYkRXdyTYaA/видео.html That should help you get started :)
I have watched several embroidery machine videos. By far, your presentation was the best. Excellent photography, great explanations. I do have one question- and I should add that I don't own an embroidery machine yet as I am contemplating buying one. Do you buy prewound bobbins or do you wind the bobbin? Is the bobbin thread typically always white?
So with my smaller units I wind them myself using 'machine embroidery bobbin thread' manually (either black or white) - for this PR1055X, I buy premade (L-Type) Bobbins with a magnetic backing. They come in black or white. This machine doesn't actually have a function to wind its own bobbins, but all smaller units do. Hope that makes sense!
I have the PRS1000, and just recently got the PR1055. I usually do the “tie in method” not sure if you’re familiar with it, to tie in my new thread color and make it faster to thread the machine. Have you ever done that with a multi needle machine?
I too enjoy watching your videos. I would like to request: Can you please do a video on how to do stippling only on the PR 1055 X machine This would be most helpful to me to use this on our largest hoop ( the 360 x 200) also I have the jumbo hoop where you turn the hoop and scan the snowman for the 2nd half of the design.
Awesome video. I just bought the Brother PR670e 6 multi needle and need some direction. Once I get my 6 threads loaded and load my design how do i assign those 6 threads in my design that has 20 steps. I can’t find it anywhere in the manual where is shows you how to assign the threads to your design. Can you do a video on that. I know you used only 3 threads but didn’t show how you assigned what color to what step. I hope i’m explaining it clearly so you know what I need to know. Thank you for any help with this.....😃
Oh for sure, I understand, and yes... I didn't really cover that in this video. I've been working on some other projects, but I'll try to do a more robust 'threading and colors' tutorial for this machine soon! Thanks for the suggestion! Hope you have a terrific week Mary!
I would also like this...but also would like to know how you can keep the thread assignments between hoopings of the same design. It seems my designs, which I assign thread colors to (ie, in the design, I’ll say Madeira 1800) but that doesn’t seem to carry over to the machine when I load the design. I’m stuck using the dreaded magic wand each and every time...even though I’ve anchored Mediera 1800 on a certain spool. The manual is of no help.
Your videos awesome. Thank you. I just purchased the 1055X and your video was very helpful. Do you know if the Babylock Alliance metal bobbins are compatible with the PR1055X?
My first RUclips video watched today is yours. Waouuuh ! Thank you, you explain so well, i just slow down the speed because i am only a poor little French embroiderer... 🧝♀️ I owned a PR600, and now a PR1050x. Do you know differences between PR1050x and PR1055x ? Frame maxi size, screen size, embroidering, automatic cutting thread between small spaces or letters (your embroidery back side is also very very clean). I'll ask Google and RUclips too, of course, but you explain sooooo well. Wish future videos.
Yay! Thanks for watching :) I think most of the changes have to do with the software, cameras, and precision of the stitch work on this machine. The design elements alone on the touch screen are much more robust. Very happy you enjoyed this! Hope it was helpful
@@TockCustom Tanks 😘 Do you think I'd rather sell my used pr1050x to get a pr1055x ? Only 121 stitches from the previous owner and me. With many frames, jumbo, magnetic, for sleeves, pockets, caps, borders, scanning frame, table, etc. I bought it for my job. I saw differences are not huge with pr1055x, my upgrade been done. But about stitches quality I don't know. 🙂 Following you
perfect video! thank you very much! video includes; ip nasıl takılır ip renkleri ile makineye kayıtlı ip renkleri nasıl eşleştirilir, revize edilir, bobin içerisine ip nasıl takılır, makineye takılan levha nasıl sabitlenir, ayarı nasıl yapılır,
After using the screwdriver they provided with the frames for first 2 weeks I got a very bad pain in my right hand palm. Couldn't do any work with that hand for couple of days. Since then I am using a normal screw driver and my hand is not hurting. I hope it is not bad for frames. Did you like the screwdriver they provided? I am running my machine at 500spm if I switch to 800spm my machine moves the table(ikea bought) so badly that it feels like something will break.
I didn't notice they gave a screwdriver until I set this all up, so I couldn't say lol. I did get the actual rolling mounted table for the machine - I can run it at 1000spm with standard embroidery thread, but I noticed is was a bit more reliable at 800, and I was told if you use specialty threads (like metallics or glow in the dark thread) to go at about 500 or less. The faster the SPM, the more friction and heat it produces, and can snap (actually melt) the thread. So a slower SPM will typically get you cleaner results.... it just takes twice as long
Thanks a lot for your tutorial. I would like to have a few clarifications: how do you transfer your drawing on your machine and what is the format of the file ? Have a nice day, and thanks again

Woooow
Que maquina tan chingona!!!!
Congrats 👏 👏 👏 is a super 👌 embroidery machine
Thank you very much! This thing is incredible! Thanks for watching :)
Well now I’m looking for a reason to buy one of these machines! 🤪
I totally know what you mean! This thing is crazy high quality :D
We just got a pr1055x. Can you do a video on continuous embroidery? We’re making a style of guayabera embroidered shirts. Love your videos TC! Thanks!
I have the PRS1000, and just recently got the PR1055. I usually do the “tie in method” not sure if you’re familiar with it, to tie in my new thread color and make it faster to thread the machine. Have you ever done that with a multi needle machine?
so clean!
Omg they're perfect!
You're so amazing, I love you and your channel.
You're too kind!! Thank you so much
Thank you soooo much
Great video! Really helped me
Your videos awesome.
Yay! Thanks for watching :)
I think most of the changes have to do with the software, cameras, and precision of the stitch work on this machine.
🙂 Following you
Awesome video 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙏🏽❤️
Awesome video!
Great video thank you
Thank you so much!!
Thank you Bob Seger
Thank you Teacher !

bobin içerisine ip nasıl takılır,
makineye takılan levha nasıl sabitlenir, ayarı nasıl yapılır,
After using the screwdriver they provided with the frames for first 2 weeks I got a very bad pain in my right hand palm.
Awesome video can you tell me what size and where to purchase the stablizer for that size hoop. Thanks in advance.
