If you are using My Design Center, you may want to use the zoom button to see closer on the screen - if you are missing a pixel within a straight line, it could make it look choppy. If that doesn't help, give us a call and we can try to be more detailed! 1-888-897-6362
What did you actually make from this embroidered M ? Have you sewn it onto a shirt or something? I'm sure you can create it into a shirt yoke, I would do that.
There is a separate bobbin winder you can purchase for the 10 needle. Then it will take the metal SA159 bobbins. You can also use any variety of class L prewound bobbins. You can get them with a paper or plastic base, or they even sell some that just have a paper core.
This is a machine that is still considered a home machine, but it is commonly used for commercial purposes. There are a few hat hoop attachments available, but they are purchased additionally for the machine.
There are a few screws that hold the screen, so make sure they're good and snug. The screen will vibrate more the faster the machine stitches, so if you're embroidering at 1050spm it will vibrate more. If the screws are snug, it helps. It bounce less.
@@rockymountainsewingandvacuum Thanks for your reply, I have it as tight as possible as well as the table is tight. It is on a concrete floor so I tried putting it on a rubber tile but it doesn't help. I just worry that the computer part may have parts inside that may come loose.
@@DonM1945 We haven't seen them come in for service with issues concerning that very often at all - if there's issues with the screen, it's a very rare occasion.
