Thank you Karen, Unfortunately Lake Charles was affected. Fortunately, no employees were harmed, and it was minor damage. We are moving to a different location in Lake Charles.
I noticed on the older model , there is a frame (cap ) icon on top in comparison to the 1055x . I see all frames. On my machine I see the same cap frame icon. Where do I change it back to see all the frame icons? Also how do learn more on this PE software?
Hi Till! Good Question. You can import and stitch out as many designs as you like and with the multineedle you are able to do it faster without changing threads every stop, and on hard to hoop items. To create intricate logos or custom embroidery designs we recommend digitizing software. PE Design 11 is Brother's professional digitizing program and would be a nice compliment to the 10 needle machine. If you do not own the machine I would recommend bundling the software in with financing on the machine which currently (3/24/23) is 0% apr for 60 months for a low montly payment. I hope that helps!! Barbara
I was told by brother dealer that you not use these machines for a business. That they would not hold up to run from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm or 10:00 pm. I was told they are not a commercial embroidery machine. When you say you can run them for embroidery machine how many hours can they run.
Thank you for watching. We have several business owners using these machines. Brother creates the exact same model in the the professional line that has a lower warranty since it can be used commercially.
That would be such a great idea. You would need to use the camera and snowman stickers to line it up. The magnetic hoop will be helpful as well. In the sashing alphabet is not a built in design. I hope that helps!
@@allbrands1976 yes absolutely and i wouldn't envision a queen size quilt or anything but i'm wondering if there might be room for say 30 inches of quilt rolled up in the throat space? I would start at the center and work outward and it would be great to finish something about 60 inches wide
@@gcianci3390 Hi! Yes, I have personally done that, but I did babysit while it was stitching to make sure it didn't shift into the way of the moving arm, or under the needle. Barbara.
Hi Evelyn, The PR1050 is an AWESOME machine! You are not limited with that one. You still have the camera, the snowman, and my design center. Think of all the possibilities!
No being picky just honest but it’s fine you saying program in 100” but by the time you get to the other end how much would you loose in the gather of the embroidery, so at the end the pattern would never match. I have made 36” square cushion covers with 800,000 stitches in them and they loose well over an inch in length. So be aware people the machine is good and your video is excellent but as with any machine it has its limitations.
Norma, Yes, we have Brother PR's coming in for service with over 1B stitches that are over 15 years old. Brother has more built in features with easier operation than other industrial brands. John www.allbrands.com/products/106045-brother-pr10accbndl-pr1055x-side-hustle-superstar
I hope your store did not suffer too much damage in Lake Charles. Praying for your community as they repair the aftermath of Laura.

Thanks Barbara! This was a great overview and you gave a lot of great tips! Can't wait to play more with mine now.
Thank you so much for watching Becky!

Hi there. Can I design my own embroidery projects or I have to use just the templates that comes in the machine?
Yes you can. If you are doing it commercially we recommend digitizing software.
Is that the current? The last model today?
Hello Wanda! This is the current model Brother PR1055X. I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

The best time to buy is at the Houston International Quilt Festival. Learn more here: www.quilts.com/quilt-festival/
How large of a quilt do you think this machine would be able to quilt?
Hi Gina, It does not replace a longarm quilting frame. You will need to roll and clip large quilts out of the way. I hope that helps.

Hello Barbara, do you know if you can sell items of the designs on this machine?
HI Tina, We do not know where they are for sale. If you have a friend that owns one, you might be able to copy it to a USB stick.
@@allbrands1976 I phased my question wrong. If I use one of the designs from the machine 1055x on an item can I sell that item?
@@tinatremblay Yes as long as it is not a Disney design, which this machine does not have.
@@allbrands1976 awesome. Also can you do pockets without having to take them apart?
Yes! This is a good tool to use with the cap jig and driver: www.allbrands.com/products/64037

Hi Ann, we do!
your voice volume is not consistent, seems to be fading in and out
Thank you for your feedback. We've since upgraded our equipment so that should not be an issue for future videos. =)
