I use painters tape on the center of the cap, measure and draw a line then put it on the machine and hit the estop and make sure the needle hits the line i drew that is centered, then take the tape off. Also i took an old hat and cut the bill off it and use it to clip on to the hat bill so the machine doesnt rub. The machine will rub through the tape easily. The old bill is reusable and will last forever.
You go Girl! You can do anything! Holler if you need any support! I do hats everyday with my Ricoma! If the hat is as structured as the Richardson 112’s, you can actually skip the stabilizer. Love your Colorado May 19th birthday girl! (Yes, teeth against the bill is the trick!)
Enjoyed the video very much! I am Stan. Do you have a video showing an assortment of items you have done? I'm in research mode now for my fiancee. Getting married next week. We're moving to Florida by the end of April and will be busy with our new house for a few months but once settled, we'll buy a machine with cash. It is going to be just a hobby to start with but we will see after that. All depends on what she wants to pursue. I used to be a professional freelance nature photographer. Have you used photographs to make anything? Thanks again for your post! Very enjoyable view!
angelina if u r still having pain issues seek out a natural path dr. they do more testing and it could be as simple as food sensitivity. never accept that u have to live in pain
No offense Angela…. I love you but Todd charged me way too much for my EMT16X back in 2021. Now you can get two of them for 6k more than I paid for one …. And yes I tried to negotiate with him but he was adamant that the price was fixed.
Brave, brave woman doing a cap with such a large design. No room for error! Well done!
Thank you! 😊

After you said 3.2 inches, my anxiety kicked in. You made it happen! ♥
I learned to do them without added stabilizer. They are already stiff enough.
Man, you have the patience of a saint, that would be thrown out the window if it was me!
Hope you enjoyed your Valentine's Day luv
the hat looks so cool! interesting to see it being embroidered too 🥰
The caps look amazing! Thank you for this detailed video. I hope Roman is feeling better!
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 nice job, I love doing hats as well. Who did you say was your digitizer??? 🤔🤔
Do you accept bulk orders even though you don't like to... Asking for myself.
Great job 👏 How did you determine the actifeed setting and the four clicks up?
I have the hat driver/attachment. Never used it. 😣
Same here 😖 but this video was motivating

Good morning, I can do the same thing you did on the Bravo right?
How much do you charge to stitch hats if they provide the hats
Do you normally charge per thousand stitches? How much do you charge on flat garments. Seems like hooping takes longer for hats.
Tighten up bib band on the cap ring.
Who do you use as a digitizer for company logos?
"speed nine hunneed" rofl , watched this all w a serious face till this XD
How do you charge for hats?
I hate hooping hats. It kills my thumbs. But my machines embroider them great.
One extra as a tester
Good video thanks looks good ❤

another though have they check your thyroid? i deeloped hypothyroidism after 4th child and it went un treated fo yrs vecuz drs in my area r quacks
Can you explain pull compensation please
Needle question, why do you use a ball point rather than a sharp on hats?
I just didn't have any sharps !
@@AngelaJasmina lol been there done that! Would you have used the sharp if you had it? I struggle with hats sometimes
Depends on the hat if it’s a structured hat use sharp and if it’s an unstructured hat you’re better off using ballpoint
Excellent job. A risk doing customers own product. We don't. I just hope you get more work from the Dance Company using your bought product!
Very nice
Did you ever give a car update?
🔥🔥🔥🔥
The peices are called "thing a jagigs" and "do hickies" lol... yah know technical terms 😅
lmaooo
Hello, Angela. 👋🏻
Hello 😊

the font looks terrible, Melco are junk machines, Go Japan or German embroidery machines.
someones mad 😂
She's got all Melco's, look at her older video's she's been doing this a long time.
It’s all in the digitizing doesn’t matter what machine
I thought hats embroidered inside out, bottom to top…
@@patriciahatch5038 these are sturdy enough to not have to do that , unstructured hats you definitely have to follow that rule
