The Ethiopian in me cringe 😬 when people call Injera bread! It’s different to bread (it’s gluten free, made from teff flour, naturally fermented with no any raising agent) yes Ethiopian food has plenty of vegan options! I enjoyed your video

Cactus pear is actually healthy it’s a natural fruit😂. Definitely didn’t understand what he was asking. I see it in Mexican stores they call it Tunas. The taste is different though. That’s my favorite fruit🙃

It actually smells nice 😂😂when it’s dry and set on fire 🔥 I mean seriously tho. It’s used to make a traditional bread that we call ‘Difo dabo’ which is a bread made of wheat flour. The other one and the special one is ‘injera’ totally different from bread and made from ‘teff’ flour, typical to only Ethiopia 🇪🇹 well, it’s a grass species as well 😀😀😀😀 If you know you know 😜 but we use the seed not the whole herb 🌿 😎The people reacting on this video seem disgusted tho 🤷🏾♀️ I miss all that as I’m based in Europe now. I love our Ethiopian cuisine yummy 😋 😋 I’m Enjera addict, it’s my drug 😍
Well, we use electric bakers in cities and towns tho. People still use dung in villages to make a traditional bread. Aren’t we the pioneers to invent the presence of methane in the cow dung tho? Do not undermine indigenous knowledge, that’s where scientists copy the ‘invention’ from. What was the 1st step of a scientific discovery? Umm 🤔 yeah OBSERVATION. Lol
