I threw everything I could at Ike this week and I somehow ended up with a perfect week. Not just 0 lift loss, but 0 losses entirely. I even recorded this week to maybe show it off, but it does have some ridiculous premium stuff in it.
My AoE defense + Tina with Return+ and R!Sonia + F!Julia + D!Igrene can deal pretty well with him and if not him, everyone around him. I did lose many matches but those people had lost 2-4 units by that point so I lost no points in the end, it's weird because the majority of those matches, where they won't even after losing so many units, happened at the beginning of the week.
I’ve got L!Serios paired with L!Lumera, Ike’s child play for them, they don’t rush in and attack they just sit back and if the team is build around Ike it’s over.
Dark Levin Rises! seriously best counter against Ike is RNG 🤣I got quite llucky this season, only lost 2 matches and one of them was on lift loss the other was a -20 from a sacplay, still we have a to remember that the bridal banner is coming and we all remember the last big Meta Bridal unit we got lasted for years at the top of the meta
Why people still run full offensive structures, I will never know... You really need that extra space in the back to hide units or even to use some assists like Smite.
@@xchan99 Not really. You are not forced to bring 6 structures. The minimal you have to bring is 2 (the Fortress and the bonus structure), 3 for the ladder. Outside that, you are not forced. Having less structures means more spaces to move units around, and prepare your team to deal with opponents. It's the player's fault for not wanting to have extra space.

The mode encourages you to build your structures and use them by raising their cap every month and giving you stones to level them up. The mode lets you bring 6 structures and it is expected for you to bring them. It’s bad design when the things you are expected to use work against you due to unforeseen circumstances by the devs. Blaming the players because they don’t exploit a workaround doesn’t make up for a shitty design.

Because that’s how the mode is supposed to be played. It’s not the player’s fault that IS doesn’t know how to design PvP content.
