      How is Cruz on a rougher terrain? Is it smooth enough on a more rougher cobble, potholes etc? Could baby wake up from the vibrations etc? Thanks.

    I couldn’t agree more. I initially invested in the city select lux to be able to use it as a double. My toddler ended up not liking the stroller much by age 2 and wanted to use the kickboard only. So I got a secondhand 2018 Cruz and piggyback and we use that with the car seat attachments. It’s been amazing. These v2 improvements look great though- especially suspension. One thing I’m sooo so disappointed about is that baby jogger discontinued the seats for the city select and now I can only use it as a single. I think it’s so unethical for them to discontinue a relatively new stroller and second seat making it unusable as a double. I’m committed to uppa baby now.

    • @TheCheerfulable
      @TheCheerfulable Год назад +1

      Thank you for saying this because I was thinking about a baby Jogger first but yeah the fact that they discontinued the seats like you said is unethical. Also, the new baby joggers price is close to the uppa baby’s one without the 4 wheel suspension. Huh 🤔

    Went with the Cruz V2 and a piggyback when we had #2. Couldn't be happier.
    The folding with the piggyback attached takes some practice for sure. Also we got the infant insert and while it's amazing, since we have a toddler it was inconvenient for when he wanted to sit. We ended up just keeping the little infant head cushion in and removed the rest. it still worked fine (our baby is 24" and 14pds for reference).
    We also got the snack tray and it's fine IF you know you'll use it a lot but we found it not worth it in the end personally.

    We originally bought the City Select 2 which, it was too heavy and not great for us in other ways. I didn’t want to invest in a whole new travel system stroller but I wanted an Uppababy so the Cruz V2 it was. I know it was the right choice because I have never second guessed the purchase. I use it every day and it’s been one of my best baby buys by far.

    I’ve had the Cruz v2 for five months with my newborn and I give it a 9/10. We moved from the bassinet to the seat a month ago. The cruz v2 is very well built, pushes brilliantly and has great storage. It’s basically a slightly smaller vista v2 with no second child options. Don’t buy the buggy board, or any buggy board, they wreck your wheels/suspension. If you’ve got any questions just ask.
    We’ve had this for 17 months now, it’s absolutely rock solid and working as well as the day we bought it. I may buy a minu v2 for travel however, the Cruz is a bit big when folded up on public transport.

    If the Cruz V2 came with the bassinet it would be a no brainer. Once you add the bassinet attachment it’s only like $100 cheaper than the Vista so for me I’d prefer the future proofing of the Vista for a little more money. I’m have a spring baby and I think I’ll get a lot of use out of the bassinet in the early month going for walks etc.

    Leaning towards buying the cruz but want to get a stroller that can go on some uneven surfaces like gravel or even dirt trail. Would the cruz manage okay on those or should I go with the Bumbleride Era or another all terrain stroller with bigger wheels? I also value an easy fold and being compact.

    • @stebesplace
      @stebesplace Год назад

      I’m between these two and unfortunately there isn’t a dealer near me for Bumbleride. I really believe you would buy the Era simply for the wheels and eco conscious materials. The fold mechanism looks clunky, and difficult to get free standing. Everything about the Cruz appears better in every way except the wheels. For that, unless you REALLY go off the beaten path frequently, I’d choose the Cruz V2. The Mesa V2 is a really nice seat too, very integrated with the Cruz with no need to use an adapter.

      I know this is a year old but for anyone else currently: my husband and I looked at the Minu V2 yesterday and Ridge (I'm 5ft and wanted something light and smaller than the Cruz & Vista). After looking at it in person, we were not impressed and decided the Cruz was the best option. Yes it was smaller but it felt very cheap and the wheels were drastically smaller than the Cruz (of course it's way cheaper as well but didn't feel like I was getting my monies worth). Taking the seat off and on (you wouldn't be doing all the time, but still) was a pain for us. We did like how it folded. The Ridge was awesome but MASSIVE but has other perks like its break and it felt very sturdy and rugged but way to heavy to lift into a tall SUV for me. Also keep in mind you will need the adaptors for the carseat. The Minu can be folded with them on. If you love the Minu and it's works for you then that's awesome! But we had to drive over an hour away to look because I couldn't find anything helpfull enough to make that desicion for us online. 😊

It is not kid sized, it'd a big problem lifting it, this is definitely a paid promotional ad. For the size you would think it would be all terrain but be warned it is not all terrain that is why you will feel it wobbling as it's like buying a cheap e.g Britain pram. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE HYPE, DONT FALL FOR IT AND INJURE YOURSELF 😢

      This is a really good question. The Fox has a great functionality and a super good drive - overall a great stroller But I'm honestly not a fan of its fold and ultimately favor the CRUZ for it's compact design. And factoring in price, it's cheaper than the Fox which helps guide the decision.
