If there are three children and out of these, one is a citizen living for a long time, second is a child who just received their PR and will be travelling to Australia for the first time and third lives outside of Australia - do the parents still qualify? The citizen is happy to sponsor, but does the PR holder need to live for two years as well for the parents for the parents to become eligible?

What about 870 visa ? If I am offshore with 190 visa , how soon can I bring my parents temporarily and for how long can they stay ?
