- Sculpt long lean sexy arms with this great Ballet Arms Workout! We’ll do 6 different arm movements for 50 seconds with a 10 second break in between each. For the second circuit, we’ll repeat the same 6 arm movements but you’ll have the option to stand on those feet and incorporate leg movements along with the arms to really challenge your strength, balance, and coordination!

I've done arm workouts on other sites. They are effective, but mechanical. You just work out and endure the time. This workout is just as effective but I feel total joy while doing it. The quality and variety of the workouts on this site is astonishing. Thank you so much Desiree.

Now I don't have any excuses while traveling and wow was that hell on my arms! Also a quick question for someone who's infinitely more bendy than I am: Are your joints (i.e shoulder, hips) supposed to pop wetly (like cracking your knuckles) when you stretch or is it because I'm inflexible right now and it will go away with time or should I seek medical attention?
Exactly, no excuses! 💪🏼 I’m so glad you enjoyed this one and felt the burn! 🔥 To answer your question...I pop and crack ALL THE TIME! I think it’s normal and not something you have to worry about. If it starts to be painful when things cracks then I’d be concerned and maybe get it checked out. But if your body is just making noises and you feel fine, I wouldn’t worry! Xoxo 😘💕
