    Just enough energy left to thank you for this workout after doing two of your ballet hiits! :D After a decade of no-ballet, i've just about lost all my turn-out strength and arabasque! The ballet hiits took real effort from my muscles and my heart. Thank you for keeping the choreo easy to follow, I could focus on the form ❤

    These are so perfect! I have bad injuries in my pelvis, so it's important I stay in shape, but I can't do more than a few minutes of ballet. Thank you so much for sharing these short workout videos. And you look like a graceful gazelle, so pretty.
