We're looking at a 1965 Chevrolet Nova Chevy II.
The car's Owner is Erv Rose. He’s had the car since 2008.
ENJOY!
So close. My first car was a 1966 Chevy 2 with 194 cu-in 6 with 4doors. Not a Nova but with 14 in. Wheels and snow tires on the back you couldn’t get it stuck. Couldn’t spin the tires with the automatic. Like a tank. Excellent first car. Lots of good (and bad) experiences with it. Brings back lots of memories. New wife, two of four kids and then totalling it After 53 years and many cars still love that one. Same wife too. Thanks Lou. Stay safe and God bless.

Beautiful.
Hi Martin, Happy to read you enjoy the looks of this car :-) Lou
@@loucostabile yes. Original/Original restored. Just the way they made it. My favorite. Time capsule.
I used to own a car almost identical to this except it was a four-door and it had a 2-speed powerglide automatic. It was also White. I jacked it up and put some big fat meats on it. I put some seats out of a gremlin in it because the seats were shot when I bought it. They were high back split bench. It was fun to drive and easy to work on. I love the 283. It was one of the very first cars I ever owned. Watching this video took me back. Awesome video

You have a great site with a different format for car enthusiasts. I was lucky enough to have you choose my 65 Nova for one of your videos. One year later a buyer for my nova saw the video and bought my car. I know the great video was the reason the buyer came to see the car and bought it. Thanks for the great site.

Enthusiasts who drive cars like these deserve our applause. Grey (or beige) poverty spec. automobiles from yesteryear like this one are always a delight to see on the road. Once again, Lou can't hide his fascination with gas caps. I've never looked at those fitted to my own cars in quite the same way after discovering his channel.
Hi Andrew Graham, "Lou can't hide his fascination with gas caps" :-) Wonderful! You need to know where that's at so you can put gas in to go :-) Lou P.S. There is probably a Therapist for my issue :-)
fun car!
+kramden Hi Kramden, Glad you liked it. Take care, Lou
