The above advise is for those who are stuck with the same thing and not tried hard to move up .. the college you pass out from has nothing to do with what you are at 45 years. If you have worked hard and acquired the acumen and skill, you can still join a startup … your boss may be young, an IIT or IIM or both but your experience will always be a valuable contributor … but only if you have gained it.

Save and invest money carefully during corporate service. After 55 yrs earn from passive income and start some independent consultancy or involve in social work
