@@lifegoeson9374 wow thank you very much for your kind words ☺ 🤗. Have a great day and weekend coming up. God Bless you and your family and protect you always and forever 🙏 😇 🙌
I considered adding this to my e-unicycle collection. My EUC requires heavy safety gear. I would use this for easy going sidewalk gliding. But I had an earlier model and sold it. I just don't understand the slow speed in today's market. The price now (5/2022) is $899 on Amazon.
I absolutely love mine. The best ride ever on the road. Tho I must admit I didn't know it had a horn until watching this video.
Hi Linda Walker. Yeah, this scooter is really fun to ride around on. Glad to hear you're enjoying yours, too. 👍 I could start to feel my feet getting tired after so many miles of use, so I lowered the tire pressure down a bit to 40psi to help absorb some of the shock. It feels better. The horn feature is nice, but I don't use it since I seldom hold on to the remote control while riding. Take care and thanks for watching! 😊

How are you recording your ride if you don't mind
@@lindawalker6596 Hello again Linda Walker. It's a smart drone that follows me around automatically...just kidding!😉 I'm using the Insta360 ONE X2 camera which makes the selfie stick disappear during playback. It's a great action camera that records 360° so you don't have to worry about where the camera is facing.🙂
This thing is really impressive going up hills. It straight up mashes!
How did you record yourself
Insta360 with the invisible selfie stick.😊
You can upgrade speed using swallowbot firmware upgrade
I wanna see you do tricks! 😝
Silly rabbit, tricks are for kids! 😜

@@lifegoeson9374 I went down some stairs on mine
Buy it on black Friday... I use mine to commute to work, can take it on the bus with ease... Keep your knees bent and add green goo or tire sealent to the tires...
Im sure you got this question plenty of times regarding the Bluetooth pairing PIN number.
Fresh out of the box.
2. Put it together
3. I believe I used the App at some point, and had to watch about five learning videos which the app forces you to do on the ninebot s-plus. Things like step on, turn 360 degress left, the right, roll forward, etc. The app comminicated with the s-plus the entir time. Meaning a connection (via Bluetooth) must have been made to follow my progress, right?
Then, i used it at work. Crusing around, getting throttled back and beeps since I was in learning mode. Which was fast enough.
Later on, after work, i start up the app (which i didnt use at all the entire time at work) and it tells me ive unlocked the s-plus and able to select speed mode.
At some point, the app asked to pair with the device, and so I goto my android phones Bluetooth icon, search for, find the s-plus, and click it as a found Bluetooth device.
The pairing attempt this time asked for a pin. It suggested 0000 or 1234 (four digits, not six im seeing here in your video). The four digit attemps both did not pair successfully.
I then searched for help online, finding the six digit pin suggestions of six 0's (000000) that did not work.
Can I still use the s-plus without the app Yes. Just like I did at work (with most likely the speed limits resulting in the beeping and throttling behavior.
So, that brings us back to where I am.
1. Not able to successfully pair because of failed attemps due to bad PIN number (i assume) because the pairing sequence stops or fails each time (using the phones Bluetooth pairing process.
Which means, I cant successfully use the app at the same time I have the unit on.
I did try to record my trip (which it followed my trip) and when I stopped at my destination (Front door of the gym) the recording said it doesn't log trips less than or only 200 meters).
So, the app is monitoring maybe externally my movements using gps info only, and perhaps, not from the device wheel turning information, suggesting Im still not communicating with the S-plus because I really didnt pair the device successfully. So the app us merely using gps info from my phone only, and not internal sensors from the s-plus.
I'll keep trying to actually pair the s-plus using both phone Bluetooth icon, and, which I think is still the issue, having the s-plus pair with the app as well.
Seeming, their are two forms of pairing. 1. Pairing with the phone, or pairing with the phone AND app. Perhaps, all pairing needs to be done through the app, and not outside the app, using the phones Bluetooth device found process?
Hope this long trouble shoot explanation, leeds to somebody's aha moment to breakthrough to a solution.
Thanks.
You pair it while in the app by lifting the S-Plus off the ground by the handle.
Can after market handlebars be attached instead of knee bar steering? I been recently disabled and rely on Segway Ninebot S as my mobiliy device, even at home. I always have better control with handlebars and lean on them to take some weight off my injured and disabled feet. When you summon it with remote can it navigate around walls to get to you? Can it tow a wagon with groceries in a cooler or from Costco shopping, so at least tows your weight worth I'm estimating your at 185-190lbs? I use Ninebot S with Mech kit too when unable to stand due to injury and disablity and I'm thinking to get S-Plus if it csn tow a wagon with load.
What did you use to film the outdoor footage?
Hi there Slim Yelow. I used an autopilot drone. Ha, ha, just kidding! I'm actually using an Insta360 ONE X2 camera which has a default feature that makes the selfie stick invisible. The camera has a lens on each side and takes 180° videos and stitches them together while eliminating the selfie stick. It's pretty cool as you can see. Thanks for watching!
How tall are you? I'm 5'9.. trying to figure out if the knee are is too low before buying. Thx
What’s the battery life if I’m riding consistently for hours ?
Who is filming this? How did you get the above head shots? Drone?
360 camera. It makes the selfie stick invisible.
@@RoyGregorio Thanks!
My segway keeps beeping even tho it’s fully charged. You got any idea how I can fix that?
Cool Video, What kind of helmet were you wearing?
Hi jman1057. Thanks! Helmet is from Amazon: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QXV862N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
How do you rate the "following mode"? Is that practical can it help you carry some load?
I haven't used it that much on that mode. My understanding is that some people use it to carry their groceries. You'd need to make sure that the load is well balanced on the stands, though. Max weight is 220lbs.
@@lifegoeson9374 Thanks for the feedback! It was performing well in your video btw.
@@fehlin Thanks for watching, Jacky Qi!👍☺
I have one, Follow mode is ok but sometimes it will loose you and will stop. It also can’t see anything so it might hit something around it so you always have to keep an eye on it.
What is that drone camera system that you are using?
Not a drone. It's the Insta360 One X2 action camera with the invisible selfie-stick feature.
Hi, can you fw link for helmet? Ty
Hi jonnybravo2773. The helmet is no longer available, sorry! But here is the link anyway: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QXV862N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Bro how can you make go faster than the stock max speed?
That's my hesitancy to spend $1K. I can get a Gotway Mten for the same price.
@@TheLillianYoung is totally worth it. I just want to make it go a little faster. Larger tires perhaps.
is there a hack to stop the beeping and cross that 12 mph limit?
If there is a way, I am not aware of it. Sorry.🙁
You can open it and disconnect the cable from the speaker.
