I am surprised you did not mention Tiffany Taylor’s show stopping performance towards the end of the film, “Here’s Where I Stand.” Her rendering had both narrative and vocal impact.
Among the hundreds of gay films I've seen and/or collected, I haven't watched 'Camp' though I have heard of it. Perhaps one day I'll view it. You make a mention of 'Boys in the Band' a film I have watched, both the original and remake. I'm not a fan. Every gay stereotype is used to slap us across the face as if to lay blame for the disgust and self-hate on ourselves. It's not an enjoyable movie in the sense that it entertains. IMO.
I never knew this film existed
Same

I love that performance!

Camp as an adorable move! 🥰
The name is similar to " another gay movie" which is also "camp" .... to me a minute to realize your reviewing something completely different
Yes and I haven't seen that one yet but I know which one you mean
