Yeah that 'accordion' looking loc looks strange. I can see thru a few of mine as well. I'm hoping they matte together like 2-strands would. There are bound to be 'some' inperfections, but as long as I didn't pay for a head full of them, I'm good. I meet with Caddie on Friday for my 2nd re-ti, and I have an incredibly funky looking loc at my nape that gets more and more bizarre as time passes. Your hair still looks great!! Don't sweat it. Oh, and congrats on the cool budding!
CarrieToo You're right. I can't expect all 400-something to be perfect! Did she say anything about the one at your nape?
lavenialivinglife Just seeing this. I went today and mentioned it but she didn't say it was a problem. Happily, I have no other issues. Hope your visit this weekend goes well.
Your hair is getting so long! I too, have a few SLs that have 'holes' in them...similar to the one that you pointed out. I also wonder where it comes from or what it is...or if it's normal. I'm sorry that I can't shed light on the matter, but I think that I may ask my consultant about it, the next time I see her! 😂

Your hair is looking great! Yes, since your hair has never really had any problems and there are just a couple in there I'd say your consultant just made a couple simple errors that she abound be able to easily fix. 🤣🤣🤣 Me on the other hand, I'm living a holey life. It'll all work out in the end I'm sure!

It could be, the proper tension is not being used there should not be holes as such in your locs. But double check.

I had a few like that 2...my loctition said it was fine idk i still always wonder about those locs when i see them. Your hair is looking good though thanks for the update.

LATE POST!! What do you think is going on?
Do you get your hair retightened with a 4 or 3 pattern? Not an expert, but in my un-expert opinion it looks like a 3 pattern done without the right amount of tension.
p31diva She said it was a 4 pattern. If it is tension, I hope it's an easy and FREE fix.
lavenialivinglife yeah it's holes within the lock due to tension. Same issue I had... but it looks like it's just a few cause your locks look really good and tight!

lavenialivinglife --your locitician should be able to go in and tightened it where those holes are... I had to go to a whole new Loctician because majority of my locs were jacked up. But if u only have a few it may have just been a small mistake that can be corrected. I have a video about it btw u can check it out.
