I feel like you have not understood what she meant by spirituality , she is literally connecting spirituality with the study of God. Jesus has set us free long ago but we never are free as we are not practicing our spirituality.
This is called New Age, spirituality and awakening....and there are a lot of people who deeply practice it in the world. It's against Christianity. New Age belief says all religions lead to God (you said that too). But Jesus Christ specifically said I am the only way. There are a lot of testimonies of people who used to practice New Age and came to Christ on RUclips. And most of the beliefs from New Age came from the bible. I feel like you have not understood what she meant by spirituality , she is literally connecting spirituality with the study of God. Jesus has set us free long ago but we never are free as we are not practicing our spirituality.
This is called New Age, spirituality and awakening....and there are a lot of people who deeply practice it in the world. It's against Christianity. New Age belief says all religions lead to God (you said that too). But Jesus Christ specifically said I am the only way. There are a lot of testimonies of people who used to practice New Age and came to Christ on RUclips. And most of the beliefs from New Age came from the bible. So I recommend people to research about New Age. It's persuading people by the positivity teachings taken from the bible but when you go deep it doesn't stop there.

I searched for God among the Christians and on the Cross and therein I found Him not.
I went into the ancient temples of idolatry; no trace of Him was there.
I entered the mountain cave of Hira and then went as far as Qandhar but God I found not.
With set purpose I fared to the summit of Mount Caucasus and found there only 'anqa's habitation.
Then I directed my search to the Kaaba, the resort of old and young; God was not there even.
Turning to philosophy I inquired about him from ibn Sina but found Him not within his range.
I fared then to the scene of the Prophet's experience of a great divine manifestation only a "two bow-lengths' distance from him" but God was not there even in that exalted court.
Finally, I looked into my own heart and there I saw Him; He was nowhere else

In the other hand the book he provides for us the Holy Bible teaches us not to trust our own heart and desires because the heart is wicked and doesn't want God. We are suppose to pray according to God's will which we decern according his word. We aren't supposed to learn from our inner self since we are dead and departed from God's purpose because of the sin we receive from Adam.

sprituality is not learned, you have to awaken first than you will know about it I came a long way . I first felt detached from my family .My awakning happened after Extreme trauma. now am beginning to say my pain is worth it.I never told anybody because it feels weird. የጥበብ ሁሎ መጀመሪያ እራስን ማወቅ ነው። ሰው እራሶን ሲያቅ ደካማነቶን ያቃል፣ ብርታቶም ይገባዋል፣ ጸጋውን ይጉናፀፍል። መበርታት በጌታ፣ ጸጋነትም በልፍት እንደሚገኝ ይገነዘባል። ህይወትም ትቀላለች፣ ሰልፎም ያጥራል፣ ደስታም ትቀርባለች። የቃልም ጉዙ እንደዛው ይመስላል፣ በርቺልኝ።
