- The man accused of being the ringleader in an attempted robbery in Orange County that left a woman from New Zealand dead has a history of violent behavior and was on parole when the deadly incident occurred. KTLA's Mary Beth McDade reports on July 10, 2024.

Parole means that you are released from prison. This guy never went to prison, that's why he was given probation. Parolee in possession of a firearm is an automatic 10 years in prison. Hahaha, that ten year prison sentence is never given out, but it would have saved the life of the woman from New Zealand.

He was convicted of residential burglary in 2018 that was the time for probation as a first time offender “PROBATION” is a chance to get it right it’s a second chance and he got that and your only supposed to get one

So in Santa Monica they treated him like a first time offender all over again I mean he was blessed by the court he got “2 CHANCES”
He was supposed to go to prison for the Santa Monica incident no questions asked and that’s why a lady is dead today
But if you're a regular citizen who defends themselves or gets caught with the gun, the DA will go after you tooth and nail!

The district attorney needs to be recalled. This murder shouldn’t have happened.
We tried to recall Gascon, but he wasn't booted out. I had a neighbor before Gascon came to LA, and the neighbor said he had two police officer friends up in San Francisco where Gascon was in office, and he said the oficers remarked that if Gascon came to LA, wach out, there would be trouble.

Gascon’s office tried to spin this story by posting a Los Angeles Times article on Gascon being a Saint on their Facebook page. This shows how corrupt, deliberately manipulative and dishonest they are.
They’ve tried to recall him like twice and somehow he keeps winning. Weird because every single person I know out here hates him and wants him out. I’m convinced it’s rigged

The crazy thing is that I read not long ago that most Rolexes you see on someone are fake and that people who can afford an expensive non beat up Rolex aren't out walking in the street and many don't even wear them except for special occasions. And the fakes today are no joke. I even read and have watched stories on the news and here on YT of even long time jewelers and watch dealers getting fooled now with the fakes they make today.

I'm actually near amazed that someone is walking around with a Rolex to steal. And I worked in Manhattan Beach and Newport Beach for years. VERY few walk around with Rolexes.
