Good Friend of mine is in jail awaiting trial for killing a neighbour of his over a parking space. It was supposedly self defence though, they fought with fists initially then the victim brought out a knife and stabbed my friend. Friend wrestled it from him and stabbed him back. That's his defence, i don't know if it's true, he was always a hothead.
Judge got it right. 💪🏿 Life without parole was the best decision. No reason that dude should ever get out.

Based on the design of the handgun pictured in this story, it's a double action revolver which should take significant force and travel distance to fire a round (the trigger causes the cylinder to rotate, then releases the hammer). While a negligent discharge is *possible* it was more than likely fully deliberate or the finger was on the trigger when it shouldn't have been.

I remember around 2005 or 2006, I was circling around to find a parking spot at Lenox Mall. Once one came open, someone jumped in front of me and took it. I didn’t really trip TOO much about it.
