I own the $33 but was on sale for $25 when I purchased it! Works fantastic, and I highly recommend using it! I use it with my IPAD 8th gen! Also he forgot to mention that alot of these pens come with extra tips in the packing which the more expensive Apple Pencil does not!

I really didn't didn't want to spend another $120 for the pen. Even though the $20 was the best budget. I went with the $25 because it magnetically sticks to the i-pad. For a student like my cousin. She has pens everywhere. Having one pen that is magnetic will make a huge difference for her. Great video. From Portland, Oregon ✌🏿🙋🏾‍♂️

As a current college freshman I say it does depend on your usage. Using the iPad for high school is different from college but I’ve never gone over 32 GB of storage. If you have an external storage for archiving old files off of your iPad, and you use google or some other platform that stores your stuff, you’ll won’t go over the 50GB threshold. Plus, videos take the most storage so if you aren’t taking videos, 256 is a lot of space. The way you phrased “if I really need” sound to me that you’d like to get a cheaper and smaller iPad if you could, so maybe a 128 or even 64 would be fine in this scenario

I don’t think the names matter apart from the Adonit. Basically there are tons of Apple Pencil one and two clones. You’ll either get one that looks like the one or the other which looks like the two. You can usually tell which is which by the tips. What I want to know is how long they last and their durability. The Chinese clones can be great at first and then junk after a month. Seems reviewers don’t bother with follow ups and just use apple pencils and don’t actually use these apart from reviews, so people could end up buying junk styluses.

  • @theangrymonkey

Hi. Thanks for this. I watched your review before going for one of these. In fact I ordered 3 which looked the same to see the differences. Actually there are a few. They all seem to use a different tip. Have you found any replacement tips for the one you reviewed? And do you have any idea how long a tip lasts? If I burn through 4 tips a year then that means buying 2 styluses a year and the cost soon mounts.

i bought the easy pencil, the one with the usb c and i disconnects randomly. I would only recommend it only if you are a very light pencil user or just as a second pencil you could travel with to places where you cant just risk to lose it.
