Im married and have been with husband for 16 years. I watch these videos as a refresher on how to keep our relationship going strong. After 15 years and 2 kids its easy to go into a comfort mode were i feel like i dont need to "attract" him in a flirty or feminine way. These video really help to remind me to get into that feminine energy. The advice here is solid!! The little things i need to do to make him happy is so simple! I’m not married, but I want to be. I have several of your books and have been listening to you for some yrs. I’ve been enjoying working on me so I’ve been celibate for almost 6yrs. I’ve been going to therapy and dealing with trauma as well. I was almost 400lbs and got plenty of attention from men, but felt it was bc they thought I had low self esteem and was an easy target for sex. My therapist said that I may have attracted men that sensed my trauma. When I said no I got the derogatory comments. Now I’m in the 200s it’s like men don’t talk to me really. I’m more confident and speak up for myself more. I realize after becoming celibate that I wasn’t interested in some of the guys I dated, but just wanted to feel loved. Now although I want a relationship I’m quick to set my boundaries and when men try to step over them and I reinforce them the less men talk to me other than in a sisterly fashion. I’ve even had men tell me that I’m a prude or scared of sex. Why should I have to sacrifice myself sexually for something that is not going anywhere bc we know that bs line about “let’s see where things go” is only about most men wanting sex. I haven’t met a man that hasn’t pushed sex and never put the work in to earn my trust or me wanting to believe they are serious. They talk about sex or try touching me too soon. That is so inappropriate.
I agree that a lot of men try to touch too soon. From my experience, some guys that try to flirt with me touch me when we aren't even in a relationship. I don't even touch guys that I am attracted to, but would rather want to get to know them and become more vulnerable, which most of them lack. It is a big turnoff for me when a guy touches me no matter how good looking he is. I want to be respected and not to be sexualized just cause I look attractive.
I have a huge sex drive, I am a woman, I am definitely not masculine, in fact I am extremely feminine. I have noticed my Lust for sex increases when my estrogen is stimulated, for example through sex, or certain periodes of month when it's higher, at these times my sexual desire is like a endless bottomless pit, the gates are opened. 🙈 I have just read, that science from 2020 have found out, that it's not testosterone which causes desire for sex, instead testosterone needs to be transformed into estrogen in the brain, in order for men to feel that sexual desire. If it is not, then it will be much much less. Which makes a lot of sense to me, from my own experience. I think the problem for a lot of women who lack sexual desire, is because they don't feel in touch with their true feminine esence, which I believe will cause estrogen to drop. I defenitely notice this in myself as well. It is very important as a woman to really feel attractive. And acting masculine will not help us with this, but unfortunately a side effect from how women are treated many times, and impact from society. @lins8973 they're glossing over the variables such as the woman being younger and risks associated with pregnancies, etc. I was a caregiver and worked in an independent living facility. 200 residents, two married couples, one widowed man. The rest were women who outlived their husbands-including the divorced ones.

Normally, I like fast, clear cut and to the point videos; whereas, long extended videos where every aspect is explained, rather than automatically understood, usually wears out my patience and drives me away. But....this brother in Jesus has such a pleasant, genuine presence about such deep things that are usually quite deep and even painful so, so many, that I just find myself listening to him. I love men, but still figuring them out ;). This stuff helps, although nothing too surprising: makes sense, right? In fact, I've noticed I generally always understood men more than women tbh 😇. Despite being a woman myself, I'm just as confused by the expectations or ways of communicating of many women I've seen with their men myself, they rarely make sense to me, lol (and who has been my partner for 21 yrs, often said how happy he was I wasn't like most women, as he heard and saw what friends were dealing with and how it exhausted them, and no one seemed happy). I would appreciate a man's honesty. If he just wants to play, then say that. If he wants something serious he should speak that at least in general terms during dating. If she is trying to get to know him at least she knows he is open to do that. Now if the two happen to get to that point, great. If not, that is okay too because she may discover that he isn't for her during the dating stage. I just appreciate honesty, no games, illusions, etc.

I'm so tired of the men who say they just want something casual 😒 I wish I could meet a guy who wants to take it slow build a strong friendship first then date one day be in a relationship and later be more serious and get married if it leads to that. But the consequence of discorde / mental war or discomfort in the couple, is: no lust from her. Comparing the woman's sex drive like you just did is like blaming an electric car for not driving on diesel.

And as musician he said on Twitter that when someone asked what is the best sound that you like he replied "the sound of his wife breathing next to him at night" He has three kids, two boys and a very successful daughter a ballet dancer dancing in the ballets of Tchaikovsky and others. I have many reasons I feel I should walk away but each time we both walk away, he comes back and I let him thinking it can change . It feeds so toxic at times not being able to communicate without any resolve. He gets defensive when I speak on how He is a really great individual and over the last 4-5 years, we have overcome major challenges that made me decide to stay in the relationship. Except for his yelling and not able to communicate as an adult. He gets real loud to shut me down and I have shut down in so many ways. Will you reach out to help the both of us? It is not always true that men in general seek relationships ,; nor do they need to feel desired ; for these reasons , they might assume that women are the same. I have seen this time and time again in my high school days and now .If the women have consciously or unconsciously neglected themselves , it is because of these men (if it may not be the main reason /s it is a major contributing factor;) Not all women are closed to relationships .It is the men who have pushed them away. These women are some of the best ;this testimony I have also had from MEN themselves. A man can settle for ANY woman. He is NOT always open to communication Also, it is NOT true that women do not want to be given any help. Certain men assume they do not need any. A man would rather let a woman leave his life ( or die) than bare his heart to her.

I feel I have physical and also possibly mental or emotional issues that have stopped my wanting, or having a libido towards any sexual intimacy, and a man I was attracted to that others were condemning me saying I was lusting after this person when I know without a shadow of a doubt I have no sexual libido in over 14 years that this was a sin that I was not committing and that it was a lie told about me. This is one of the reasons I didn't date much after my divorce in 2010 and I never remarried, because most made it about sex and I had no interest in sex. When my flesh was much younger, if 200 was the highest libido a woman could have then my past husbands knew mine was off the charts with them. This is why I feel I would be better with a man that has ED.

Stephen l love your videos; however I was married to a covert narcissist who used me, gaslighted me, had a violent temper. I stayed for 30 years and tried so hard but was ignorant about what I was dealing with. I would love to love again but have not found a anyone. I am slender and a ballet dancer but it seems all the "good" men are either dead or happily married that is my mantra. I would never have a relationship with a married man as I know how much that hurts the spouse. He cheated on me so many times it is almost laughable. I am now 67 the divorce was 14 years ago. So sad about it all and disappointed in my area there just is not anyone. And by the way I still dance.

I have more healing to do before I get in a relationship. I have a therapist though I need more. I wish I had other support. I don't ask for much and right now I need an accountability partner. I always tell others don't take forgranted those who love and support you.

The rest were women who outlived their husbands-including the divorced ones.

Normally, I like fast, clear cut and to the point videos; whereas, long extended videos where every aspect is explained, rather than automatically understood, usually wears out my patience and drives me away. But....this brother in Jesus has such a pleasant, genuine presence about such deep things that are usually quite deep and even painful so, so many, that I just find myself listening to him. He soothes me into opening up to all what he has to say and I always find myself grateful for learning and understanding so much. He's pretty awesome.

I love men, but still figuring them out ;). This stuff helps, although nothing too surprising: makes sense, right? In fact, I've noticed I generally always understood men more than women tbh 😇. Despite being a woman myself, I'm just as confused by the expectations or ways of communicating of many women I've seen with their men myself, they rarely make sense to me, lol (and who has been my partner for 21 yrs, often said how happy he was I wasn't like most women, as he heard and saw what friends were dealing with and how it exhausted them, and no one seemed happy). I would appreciate a man's honesty. If he just wants to play, then say that. If he wants something serious he should speak that at least in general terms during dating. If she is trying to get to know him at least she knows he is open to do that. Now if the two happen to get to that point, great. If not, that is okay too because she may discover that he isn't for her during the dating stage. I just appreciate honesty, no games, illusions, etc.

And as musician he said on Twitter that when someone asked what is the best sound that you like
he replied "the sound of his wife breathing next to him at night"
He has three kids, two boys and a very successful daughter a ballet dancer dancing in the ballets of Tchaikovsky and others.
He supports musicians both men and women. But such old school men with nice attitude are rare or its rare to talk about them.

I am grateful for your videos! Thank you. I feel abused mentally all the time. I have many reasons I feel I should walk away but each time we both walk away, he comes back and I let him thinking it can change . It feeds so toxic at times not being able to communicate without any resolve. He gets defensive when I speak on how He is a really great individual and over the last 4-5 years, we have overcome major challenges that made me decide to stay in the relationship. Except for his yelling and not able to communicate as an adult. He gets real loud to shut me down and I have shut down in so many ways. Will you reach out to help the both of us? I honestly know he will not even consider counseling.

We’ve just dealt with the wrong people.
It is not always true that men in general seek relationships ,; nor do they need to feel desired ; for these reasons , they might assume that women are the same. I have seen this time and time again in my high school days and now .If the women have consciously or unconsciously neglected themselves , it is because of these men (if it may not be the main reason /s it is a major contributing factor;) Not all women are closed to relationships .It is the men who have pushed them away. These women are some of the best ;this testimony I have also had from MEN themselves. A man can settle for ANY woman. He is NOT always open to communication Also, it is NOT true that women do not want to be given any help. Certain men assume they do not need any. A man would rather let a woman leave his life ( or die) than bare his heart to her.
I need help in that sense. I have been taking care of myself since I was a child. My dad did not protect me instead he mistreated me. Now how do I allow a man to take care of me? It doesn't come naturally. ANY ADVICE IS WELCOMED. FYI I AM 24 YEARS OLD, LOOKING FOR A HUBAND

I feel I have physical and also possibly mental or emotional issues that have stopped my wanting, or having a libido towards any sexual intimacy, and a man I was attracted to that others were condemning me saying I was lusting after this person when I know without a shadow of a doubt I have no sexual libido in over 14 years that this was a sin that I was not committing and that it was a lie told about me. This is one of the reasons I didn't date much after my divorce in 2010 and I never remarried, because most made it about sex and I had no interest in sex. When my flesh was much younger, if 200 was the highest libido a woman could have then my past husbands knew mine was off the charts with them. This is why I feel I would be better with a man that has ED.

No on the contrary I think most men say exactly what they want or think if they are honest and not trying to play you for one reason or another us women are complicated because are brains are wired to look at all things big and small and in details but we make the mistake that we assume men know what we are thinking because we feel their brain supposed to work like ours I am a mixture of logical analytical and emotional with a whole lot of highways in my mind that at times I can shut down if not depressed or anxious
Stephen l love your videos; however I was married to a covert narcissist who used me, gaslighted me, had a violent temper. I stayed for 30 years and tried so hard but was ignorant about what I was dealing with. I would love to love again but have not found a anyone. I am slender and a ballet dancer but it seems all the "good" men are either dead or happily married that is my mantra. I would never have a relationship with a married man as I know how much that hurts the spouse. He cheated on me so many times it is almost laughable. I am now 67 the divorce was 14 years ago. So sad about it all and disappointed in my area there just is not anyone. And by the way I still dance.
