The problem is they’re teaching these troopers in the academy that they need to make a radio call with each step they take, ok but in a life & death situation, the radio calls can wait. They want officers nowadays trying to complete way to many complex tasks at once, when all it does is slow them down and cause confusion. Cant have that in these situations, bcuz it would have looked really bad if the trooper was shot and killed bcuz he was too preoccupied with making a radio call, bcuz milliseconds count in these situations. It’s ingrained at the academy, and it’s just plain bad tactics. Time compression and tunnel vision is a real thing, so focus on stopping the threat, not unnecessary administrative tasks.

The problem is they need to put charges on him because that's attempted murder fleeing from an officer also robbery with a firearm. Also, probably attempted murder he could've attempted carjacking, anybody
