- We came back again to Shaver Lake in Sierra National Forest. Shaver Lake is 4 to 5 hours away from Los Angeles. We stayed at the Dorabelle Campground. It is a beautiful campground!
Beautiful place. Thank you for sharing.
Shaver Lake is really beautiful! I am happy that I could share it. Thank you for your comment😊
Thank you what a wonderful video. This is where I have worked as a campground host for 7 years so glad you enjoyed your stay!
Wow!! Really!? 😆👍
Yes, it was really fun. So beautiful and relaxing. I love Shaver Lake so much.💕 Thank you for maintaining the place so nicely.
Nice video, thank you! And I like the name of your channel. 😊 I have subscribed!
Thank you very much for watching videos! I really appreciate it. I checked your channel as well. It is nice to hear from a person who shares a similar interest! Thank you
I enjoyed watching English version as well😊
Thank you!
So the $10 for Shaver lake only apply if you want to park your car there during the day?
The information was based on 2021. But, the day use fee was $10 to park our van close to the lake even though we had a campsite. If your campsite happened to be close to the lake, I don't think it is necessary. It was helpful. Thank you for watching the video😄
@@outdoorlifeofindoorperson1263 Thx for letting me know! I'd be coming up from L.A. to go there. You think it's worth it for that distance or are there other lakes that are more recommendable?
@@luperamos7307 I'm not sure if you like it because I don't know your preference. But, for me, I love Shaver Lake. Video cannot show it much, but Hwy168 is beautiful. I always get excited and tearful because of the beauty. I love Sierra. If you like the beauty of Sierra, I think you enjoy it. I like quiet places with less people. Bass Lake may be another destination if you prefer more services. Bass Lake is closer to Yosemite. If you enjoy remote, quiet and beautiful place, Shaver Lake is good. If you prefer more services with other choices (Yosemite, Sugar Pine Railroad, Casino, etc), Bass Lake may be better.
Have a wonderful trip😆👍
excellent video
Thank you for watching!
