The Advanced Table plugin helped me a lot in the past, but I know how you feel. The Obsidian team did a great job with the new table editor. I hope they will release it for everyone soon!

I so need that new table editor. There’s the Advanced Tables plugin but I hate how tables look like in source mode.

Hi, if you're referring to the centered alignment of the table, it's thanks to plugins like Minimal Theme Settings and Style Settings.
