U2 should plan a wild camping trip in Scotland. Not only are the views absolutely stunning but it's free to camp also and there are millions of places to park up off of the B-roads around the Lochs and mountains. If you think Lake District has some nice views then Scotland will completely blow the two of you away. Did a trip myself 3yrs ago up the West side and planning another. Great video U2.
Ah don't...it's on the bucket list to do the North Coast 500! No doubt it would make some great content for RUclips and some awesome memories to add to the bank. Come on Boris, let us out exploring again! x

Lauren bless her, always making sandwiches etc for your days out is so sweet. It always reminds me of my nan who packed sandwiches for wherever we used to go. Bit grim when nan opened up her suitcase once on a holiday with us to Greece to reveal big packs of ham rolls and egg and cress sandwiches in 45 degrees heat, oh nan how I miss her. Haha funny how on your vlogs we've gone from the little interludes of Charlie rubbing down a piece of wood to now having interludes of Lauren chopping up vegetables 😁 Take care, Graham ❤

Camped at Ullswater with my cousin longer ago than I care to remember (early 80's) the views are breathtaking, you two are such a lovely couple, seeing you together makes me happy xx

Some beautiful views...lots of variety...lots to see. thought your photos were quite sweet. Never thought I would use hexpod in a sentence...but there you go. Another wonderful adventure with you two crazy kids. Other than Lauren getting funky cake and Charlie's look of total fear when Lauren was having a look in the bridal shop, all seemed to go quite well. LOL

Just to be even more cheeky we did think at one point the campervan was going to make its way up to Scotland and pop into Gretna Green. We also had a chuckle when you had the table and chairs out and thought about the Barbie doll tables. Me and the hubby are going to have to seriously look into getting a camper next year after seeing how much fun you two sweethearts are having. Debbie & David 👫 xx

Great vlog, we went to the Lakes in July for our first visit. Like you, we loved it. Love Airaforce and also we were impressed with Castlrigg stone circle near to Keswick. Great to see you loving life!
Ah glad you enjoyed it guys! Yes we were torn between the stone circle and the walk we did but went with the one that would hopefully deliver the best views! Plenty more for us to go back and explore though!

I enjoy so much seeing what you get up to and places you visit. They mirror so much of what I liked to do and see when I was younger. Love the fact you like your cosy nights in instead of going out for a meal. Thank you for showing us the wonderful scenery. The lovely bike ride really does show you've got to get those bikes you were talking about getting. The Hex pods look great I would be more than happy to live in one of those. The Lakes is only 1 and a half hours away for me. Been round Keswick and Pooley Bridge loads of times. I will have to have a look at the caravan site you stayed at as i love the pitches being screened by hedgerows. Glad you have had a great time here. Such beautiful places to visit x
Yes Hillcroft Park it was called. Great little (big) campsite really enjoyed it there! Can't wait to get back and explore a bit further than just the areas you mentioned but this was a great start! x

Kendal Mint Cake is an acquired taste that is worth acquiring in my opinion. So many calories and great for energy boost when walking up mountains.
Haha it did warm on us a little but we definitely won't be using it as a go to treat. Can understand its job up the mountains though!
Glad you liked the Lake District, it is beautiful. We should have been on holiday there this week, but had to cancel due to lockdown. Will hopefully be going back next year though.xx

God you two really make me laugh and cheer me up with your natural, real humour. Perhaps in the future when you visit the Lake District in the Summer you could hire a motor boat or a rowing boat or perhaps canoes or paddle boards. You can certainly tell that you're experienced travellers by how well organised you are with your backpacks and camera equipment. Haha wasn't that a coincidence the other day when I mentioned the alpacas on Instagram and your desire to meet some. Best wishes Graham 😁❤
Your comments are always welcome Graham! Yes we've heard great things about getting out on the lakes so definitely keen to do some paddle boarding or water sports next time! Yep, got to keep everything organised when working on the move haha. Kendal Mint Cake is mostly just mint and sugar. I understand it is carried in your backpack when hiking in case you get stuck/injured and need emergency energy. I quite like it but no, it’s definitely not cake! 🤣
Haha we soon figured this out after 1 bite. Completely understand the purpose of it now and I'm sure it does a great job when needed but we won't be buying it for dessert that's for sure haha.

What is it with the water n the Lake District all you guys did was kiss kiss and kiss some more, Actually Charlie I don't blame you who could resist Laurens saucy smile Now about the derogatory remarks about Kendal Mint Cake I'll have you know this world famous delicacy has been to the top of Everest with Hillary and Tensing and many other expeditions have used t for its energy boosting capacity. You should have stocked up for when you need a quick boost like climbing on the van roof .I hope you bought the sign for your dad Charlie he sure deserves a plaque..
