- This is the last Behind the scene episode of our Andhra Pradesh series, We decided to spent few hours of the morning exploring Vijayawada then proceeded towards Hyderabad.

Date of journey 20th Jan 2023. We started from Vijayawada & traveled to hyderabad airport,
Below are the activities we did throughout the day.
Vijayawada to Hyderabad - 275 Km
SSS Idly - We had our breakfast at this place in vijayawada, 2 Idly - Rs 32. We really enjoyed taste of idly at Vijayawada at SSS and Babai hotel.
Mylapore Coffee - Just outside the SSS idly this shop, where we tried the filter coffee.
Bhavani Island - which is about 8 km from Vijayawada, Bhavani Island is spread across - 133 acres. After reaching there we took a boat to reach the Island - Rs 140 per person to & fro. There are many activities one can do on the Island - Musical fountain, Water Sports, Maze Garden, Adventure games - indoor & outdoor, Robotic Jurassic Park.
There are about 20 to 30 rooms there which come under Andhra pradesh tourism, can be booked through Andhra Pradesh tourism website.
Ac Deluxe rooms Monday to Thursday - Room rent is about - Rs 2688 aprox, Friday to Sunday - Rs 3068
Tree Top Rooms - Mon to Thu - Rs 2240 Fri to Sun - Rs 2464
AC Conference Hall - Rs 7080, 60 Capacity for 6 hrs.
We hired a Battery cart ride to roam around the island in 10 min - Rs 60 per person.
On way to Hyderabad, we stopped at Hanuman Temple, this place has the second tallest statue of Lord Hanuman.
Sri Divya Sundara Abhaya Veera Hanuman - There is 135 feet tall gigantic statue of Lord Hanuman in the vicinity of this temple which is located across the highway.
RajuGaari Thota - We had lunch here, Royalla Vepudu (prawns fry), Natukodi Pulusu (country chicken curry) - Rs 399
Then we had to Hyderabad Airport to board the flight for Delhi.

Hanumanji's statue is so majestic...In andhra pradesh during my travel in Vizag,Aaraku,Duvvada,Srikakulam i saw so many hanumanji temples in the highway...I have never seen in any state....I am so proud of Telegu Sanatanis....You are simply fantastic....

Sir we ap and telangana people have a different version of idly
Usually the batter for idly and dosa is same in other parts of southern India but in Telugu region instead of rice we use idli rava which is made of rice itself. So we have the grainy texture in our idlies and we dont even prefer sambhar in our idlies. Ghee is a staple for idli in telugu region

Vijayawada is a hub for food, for food lovers it is a good destination, around you can enjoy sharma dhabha,Murugan hotel,and as well as ultimate ghee idli at seethayya hotel &Babai hotel

Sir, I like your video's so much. You came up to vizag but you didn't come to Srikakulam. You missed it. You must watch one and only Suryanarayana swamy temple in India (as per nitya puja concern) at Arasavelli. And more than 1000 years old temples like SRIKURMAM(which is the only temple in India of Lord Vishnu in Kurmavatharam) and Srimukhalingam which built by Kalinga Kings more than 1000 years ago. Also you missed Mandasa kova Saravakota chakkinalu, Papads, chegodeelu and so many snack items srikakulam is famous for. Palasa Cashews are very famous here. Please make a video sir

Great overall experience of watching the series of your AP Tour.
Some suggestions on the Tour Wrap Up in this episode which was done in the airport.
(1) Since this was a long tour with so many interesting places, food, people and culture it would have been a good separate episode in itself
(2) The format od that episode could be in studio with all your associates giving feedback. Just a glimpse of the foods, places, etc. in that episode would be great.
(3) The topic could include lessons learnt too for future trips. That might be a good concept of learning and bettering things.
Overall I loved this series! I could also be biased because of my sweet memories and residence in the past in that area.
Apologies if some of these thoughts hurt anyone's feelings. 😊🙏

Mr Bali i adviced paper filter coffee because coffee has oil in it and when you use paper filter the oil get stuck in paper filter.with Mattel screen/filter it’s like drinking like straight liquor without water.that’s spikes cholesterol levels very high. And ghee omg. Think about it I walk about 13 km everyday on my job coffee & ghee spiked my numbers on borderline. Take care . Have a great day sir.

You're saying quite contrary. Naatukodi pulusu taste is ultimate with simple white rice. Other thing is Idli and vada, invariably served with all those chatnis and particularly with " Saambar " But strangely Vijayawada and many coastal towns, despite being culturely so strong and with so many food items, dont serve saambaar. Where as these prople from coastel Andhra come to southern dts of AP and chennai, pounce on saambaar and eat their way to glory.
Mr Bali you are doing excellent work. Thanks for your hard work and all the details in every place you visit. Just want to give you friendly advice I saw your all the videos at lunch/dinner you put lots of gee in your food and you always drink filtered coffee. Please go to the Doctor and have him do your blood test and check cholesterol level. The coffee you drink I know it’s very tasty but drink paper filter coffee not the one they make it. I love the Starbucks coffee and i bought it and I was making at home just like Indian styled. Very delicious but raised my cholesterol levels.I’m borderline. Without paper filter coffee will spike your cholesterol level. You can google it. I’m from USA. After blood test please let me know. stay safe healthwise.I will wait for your response. Thanks.

Hi sir, great you are in my place vizag, you were missed one of the most beautiful place near Visakhapatnam-Ramabanam..the structure made in the style of bow..I. that there was one huse hanuman statue is there. Daily ,after 6.30 pm and 7.30pm played Lazer show on the statue..that's great show it's another level..
