Love this one! I would turn the courtyard into a beautiful space with lovely tile floor, huge potted plants, patio table with umbrella and comfy lounge, with ambiance lighting for night
The character! Probably my favorite property you’ve shown! I hope to see more like this in upcoming videos. I would love to see one with stone, beams, original tiles, etc. ❤
I love everything about this apartment, it’s almost perfect. I think I would swap rooms so the dining room becomes the lounge and the lounge becomes the dining room. I’d open up the old door to the kitchen from the bedroom, and extend that cute little kitchen in to where the table and chairs are. The inner courtyard seals the deal for me. Would buy this site unseen but sadly Canadians can’t buy in Italy right now 😢. Fantastic property - well done Domenico!!
I love the flooring in this house! Once again another beautiful home❤ Thank you for all your hard work in showing these homes, I love watching all your videos.
I would definitely open back up the doorway between the kitchen and bedroom and convert the current dining room back into either a 2nd bedroom or a lounge with sofabed for guests.
Wow, what a place!! Doesn’t give me shivers, but pretty close😂 definitely open up door from bedroom and extend kitchen to have larger fridge. Place is stunning as is and can be even better with paint and minor changes. Great find!!❤
WOW! I absolutely love this apartment❤! I agree with you I'd paint everything white; use the entrance you suggested; throw in a sofa bed in the lounge. The courtyard & location is Ideal ❤❤❤
That courtyard is amazing! I do think you're crazy for trying to make that into the main entrance, though :) That space is one of a kind. I can imagine morning coffee out there. One of my most favorite properties in a long while.
OK David, to me this is a stunning property. Love the courtyard and the area on the other side of the apartment. I agree with you as far as expanding the kitchen and putting in the door to the bedroom so it is closer to the bathroom. We love the market as well. Only misses a few marks for our dream property. Otherwise, this will make somebody very happy. Great job Domenico and David!
Stunning! I love it, I'd keep the entrance where it is now and use the area off the courtyard as summer kitchen/pantry/laundry/potting shed - for the mini kitchen garden I'd create in the courtyard for salad veg and fresh herbs for homemade sauces.
Dave you and your team find the most unique properties that out does the last one.. This floor plan is fantastic. Expose the brick ceiling and you have your own piece of Italy.. I would use your idea of the entrance. Love this one great find.
This one is perfect for a single person or a couple! Lots of Italian charm and character. Home is in excellent condition. Just needs a bit of paint to suit the new owner's tastes. The private internal courtyard is the cherry on top. I say it every week when my husband and I watch your videos, but I just wish we were in a position to make a move right now.
So....if I understand...you...LOVE it??! I concur! And yes - some creamy white everywhere and see how that works. I'm American enough that expanding the kitchen to include a full size fridge would be a yes, definitely. I couldn't see any way to connect the bathroom directly to the main bedroom....which would be quite handy. Popoli is rising on the list!! Thank you for sharing - and don't EVER stop giving us ideas! As for the entrance...probably wouldn't change it until I'd lived in it a bit. LOVE the interior courtyard!!
Definitely change the color of living room. Mauve is out! Make dining room bedroom. Besides that the entrance coming in through living area.Wish it had the old brick or tile floors. If I was there with you I’d buy it.💖💫💥
Someone finally puts some color into a place, and you want to paint it all white, Dave. You just keep your hands off it. 😂😅😂😅 No matter how you rearrange the place, you have to trapse through the kitchen from the bedroom to the bathroom. It's not a good plan, but I suppose one would get used to it. I'd put a big refrigerator where that doorway nook is and a dishwasher where that mini fridge is under the counter. I would possibly switch the lounge and dining room but leave that doorway accessible so you wouldn't have to cross the courtyard in the rain.
Love this apartment, my absolute favorite. By the way I love your videos and you make me laugh. I am sure you are an absolutely "stunning" man who I would love to meet if I ever get to that part of Italy
I love your suggestions. So I would turn what’s currently the dining room back into a bedroom and open up the old entrance to the current bedroom as you suggested. But I would turn that courtyard into an outdoor dining space and I would keep the current entrance. I would also extend the current kitchen into the Eatin area. where can I find the online listing?
I like all the houses you present, even Vittorito's latest, but this one gives me a rende of claustrophobia, too closed for me, of course it's my feeling but I'm sure it won't remain on the market for long. I allways follow you and love your sense of humour
Great looking property. I got a little turned around with the centrr courtyard. It would make a great entrance. Is that old church for sale on the corner? 🤔 👀 😮 7:16
This house is in much better shape than most you show a d love a court yard. Love the floors. I like to walk into a living room. Not a kitchen. The apartment rooms have a better lay out then the others I have seen you did not say if the furniture was included. It does seem dark so painting white would lighten it up. What they all have so far is a kitchen that sucks.A new kitchen would be expensive. The best apartment so far. Could live in it as is.
Before I wax poetic about how much I love your channel, I wish to comment on some of your ideas for improving this apartment. So this is lengthy! You have some interesting ideas, however all of it would cost substantial amounts of additional money, and they are not necessary, it’s just personal taste, then this lovely, spacious apartment would no longer be a bargain. It would defeat the purpose to buy it and immediately start tearing it apart, when it needs not one spec of renovation. I am an interior designer and artist and the only thing I would agree with you on is adjusting the paint colors to my personal preference, but NOT the tiles. This space has low light and white only emphasizes that. Warm colors embrace you more. Not everything has to be white. I kind of like the moody atmosphere. And what I absolutely love about this space is that it’s not the typical stark, faceless white, antiseptic renovated box that plague many Italian makeovers. Sometimes it’s only the exterior and location that redeems them. They sometimes leave me cold. This apartment has romance. Don’t think “Aha!” When I say that I live in America. I am actually 100% Italian, except for location of birth. I have more relatives in Italy than I do in the U.S. I am well acquainted with European homes and prefer them. Not one piece of furniture that I own is American. Well- possibly withe exception of dining chairs. So, there is some validity to my comments. Don’t misunderstand - I LOVE your videos and the enthusiasm with which you present them. You have at least four “bargain” properties that I would buy tomorrow if I could. I am not in a good position to do that, and it makes me very sad. I need to learn what it will entail to get myself in a good position. I just turned 70, with a youthful outlook and appearance (and a few new health issues) and have had an adventuresome life. I want to live a final, glorious adventure before I leave this earth. Thank you for everything you do!
Hi David, i know you have tours planned. However mounting seems to be available in June. How can we get in touch with you and others from the Abruzzo club in June?
Nice property but as usual your comments of the alterations to the property would take the extra money above a bargain. You should give us a guesstimate when you suggest changes to the property.
Frankly a street with street venders parked in front of the buildings is not my idea of an attractive street. The dark arched walkway leading up to the building, looks like a perfect area to get mugged. The apartment looks dated and dirty, the entrance is not a WOW. I'm surprised about this one as your videos are outstanding generally, but this place in Popoli is not in comparison to some of your other videos. Why would you show a place for sale you haven't seen prior is a mystery to me. I look forward to your videos. Unfortunately for me, this one does not measure up.
If I lived in Popoli, I, too, would invent a helicopter and a Vespa scooter to escape that stone labyrinth devoid of trees or vehicular access, further complicated by decrepit stone walls and miniature archaic dwellings. Watching your weekly broadcast is insanely entertaining for all the wrong reasons.
@cathiphilibert9145 What's uncalled for is a weekly edition of "buy this crappy place that nobody locally wants" and spend lots of money fixing it. Get out of here, I'm waiting for the next episode with my popcorn. Rude and honest are the same thing.
absolutely gorgeous! yes paint white and refurb kitchen, that's it! that courtyard is a major plus also, id also use that as an entrance xx
Love this one! I would turn the courtyard into a beautiful space with lovely tile floor, huge potted plants, patio table with umbrella and comfy lounge, with ambiance lighting for night
The courtyard is communal
great apartment. colour scheme is excellent, wouldn't change a thing.
Surprise gigantic storage area was the cherry on top for me! I was also surprised how big the bathroom was, I wasn’t expecting that!
The character! Probably my favorite property you’ve shown! I hope to see more like this in upcoming videos. I would love to see one with stone, beams, original tiles, etc. ❤
I love everything about this apartment, it’s almost perfect.

Fantastic property - well done Domenico!!
We feel the same from NZ!
wasnt aware of restrictions to Canadians. can you tell me the reason ?
@magna45v our governments don't have reciprocal agreements for foreign buyers
Love it❤. Personally I'd open up the hidden door, it's closer to the bathroom 😂
Definitely my favorite 😀
Love the markets, scenery, convenience to railways and other transportation. I’m talked in to buying…now find me “The One”!❤
What an amazing apartment, in a wonderful town with a train station. The court yard is such a plus, I love it just the way it is.
I love the flooring in this house! Once again another beautiful home❤ Thank you for all your hard work in showing these homes, I love watching all your videos.
I would definitely open back up the doorway between the kitchen and bedroom and convert the current dining room back into either a 2nd bedroom or a lounge with sofabed for guests.

love this! happy you found the fridge bc i was wondering the same thing...
“Just wait while you see this” should be your official tagline. So appropriate for all your properties. 😍
Add stunning 😂😂😂
OK David, to me this is a stunning property. Love the courtyard and the area on the other side of the apartment. Love this one…I would feel safe in this apartment.
I agree with you on the colour. All white, not too much furniture and art on the walls! 💕
LOVE THIS !!
Yes. Would definitely lighten the walls with white.
Someone will definitely enjoy this property.
Such charm, pure italy ❤
Finally ground floor for an older person. Perfect! Need to see more of these! Does anyone live at street level ever or are they always shops?...
100% agree on your entrance choice.
In your words "Stunning"
Sold ❤ love this propperty, reminds me off my last house in Middelburg. Very nice !!
This is a beautiful apartment. I like your ideas as well.
Stunning! I love it, I'd keep the entrance where it is now and use the area off the courtyard as summer kitchen/pantry/laundry/potting shed - for the mini kitchen garden I'd create in the courtyard for salad veg and fresh herbs for homemade sauces.
Wow.... Love it
Love it!
Now this is what I am talking about. This I would have 👍🏻
This has got to be one of the best places you've shown so far. I love the look of Popoli especially with it's market
great apartment, I'm with you on painting everything white and extending kitchen
Dave you and your team find the most unique properties that out does the last one.. This floor plan is fantastic. Expose the brick ceiling and you have your own piece of Italy.. I would use your idea of the entrance. Love this one great find.
Love it , stunning property, agree with you white colour 😊
If I was going to live in it I might paint it. If it was a weekend place, I would like the colors on the walls. really nice
Stunningly beautiful! 💕💕
I agree, I would paint it. Very lovely place.
Lovely property. Wouldn't change a thing and don't need dishwasher.
This one is perfect for a single person or a couple! Lots of Italian charm and character. Home is in excellent condition. Just needs a bit of paint to suit the new owner's tastes. This home has a lovely 'chapel' type feeling, all the vaultings make it quiet and intimate.
Could you put the square meter surface in the description? Thanks!
Very nice, excellent price !!!!
According to Wikipedia they prefer to be called Popoli Terme Dave ❤😂. Grazie da Texas come sempre
What a gem! And the courtyard/ entrance etc 🤩
I love the different wall colors ❤
This is amazing!!! Stairs too much for me, sadly.
Just want you to know we love hearing your thoughts and what you would do. Dont be discouraged.
I love this one, it's beautiful ❤️
Love it! I'd put a chandelier in the bedroom ❤
OMG! How did I miss this one? Bet it sold quickly!
I love it. I'd buy it in a second if I could. Sigh.
You should add a market video when they’re set up like this day. It looked wonderful.
So....if I understand...you...LOVE it??! I concur! And yes - some creamy white everywhere and see how that works. I love open courtyards. Big pot for the lemon tree...
What a good price.
Exactly what i want
Definitely change the color of living room. Mauve is out! Make dining room bedroom. Besides that the entrance coming in through living area.Wish it had the old brick or tile floors. If I was there with you I’d buy it.💖💫💥
Ok from Transilvania România Transilvania 🇷🇴👍❤️
Beautiful place. Any idea how tall the door openings and ceilings are? They appear lower but maybe that's just the video imagery?
I think this is beautiful ❤️
I like the entrance idea.
Just sat with a cup of coffee perfect timing !! Thank you 🎉

❤amazing. Town at popoli, I want with all efforts and love possible and clear with my economic, there's I will be seeing to you thanks ❤🎉❤
Love it Dave and Domenico! Even without a mountain view that you've been selling me on in other videos! Can't wait for my EU passport 😊
instead of opening up the door i would put a real fridge in the notch and put the dorm fridge in the court yard.
I love your suggestions. So I would turn what’s currently the dining room back into a bedroom and open up the old entrance to the current bedroom as you suggested. Real "Ace" place David 😂
🤣🤣🤣
Reminds me of being in a series of caves. Kinda like Pueblo cave dwellings. Awesome.
LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THE LEMONS ON THIS! HEY NOW!😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Is the apartment above available also?

Eating brekky while watching this. I'm so excited - courtyard?!!
Id proposition ownership for the upperfloors otherwise no privacy
i like the colors, but they do make it a little dark. either white ceilings or more bulbs.
Hi David, i know you have tours planned. However mounting seems to be available in June. How can we get in touch with you and others from the Abruzzo club in June?
I dont know but i would never buy ground floor
Nice property but as usual your comments of the alterations to the property would take the extra money above a bargain. You should give us a guesstimate when you suggest changes to the property.
Have to respectfully disagree Peter. For this property in this town, another 10-15K makes it still a great bargain in my books!
@@cathiphilibert9145it’s about what’s financial doable
What about a car, where do you park around there? Its definitely very nice. Heck, you could sleep in that storage room even.
I wish to purchase the prop.Could you send an email for preliminary step soon.Thanks.
Hey Dave...the link is broken to your website. Hope it is fixed soon.
My dad's town
Maybe it’s me but can not find the links to other properties you mentioned.
Does this town qualify for the 7% tax rate?
Yes!
Nice but I have to muted you 😂
Does it come with the furniture or not?
😂🎉😂 I’m starting the video again as I have no clue where the apartment I’m selling is! 🙌
Where is the fridge?
🥰
You talked for a half an hour, but you never said the price once.
I had to go back to look at the thumbnail to see the price.😂
Laundry??
We’re interested. Email sent Dave.
Still available?
Nope

Maybe you and Toto need to get out of your trailer and travel more! You have no idea hater!
Dirty? Did we watch the same video?
