Vassar Clemens king of the fiddle , without any doubt..mosrite60
Oh. My. That fiddling. What a star-studded lineup!
Vassar gave me much of joy. Greetings from Finland!
That wink at the end of Mark’s solo though...
4:10 I f**ing love that pedal guitar solo. Jesus I want to play that instrument now
I still remember the best concert I've ever been to: it was a solid two hours of John Hartford with his little wood floor patch, his banjo and fiddle. There was nothing else and two solid hours of the best entertainment I've been to live in the early 70's sitting on the hard floor of the La.Tech Gym.
Hartford was special. Consummate musician-entertainer with song selection second to none.
Love it 🎶🎸
Unbelievable...would love to Jam with these guys
One of his last Christmas concerts: Vassar Clements passed in Aug. 2006.
I Know they have this Song in Heaven! Great Pickin here!! T Y 👍🎵👍🎶👍
おじさん達、さすが。とっても楽しくて かっこいい。
AWESOME
THANKS FOR THIS WONDERFULL POST , FROM ITALY.
WOW ❗️2-26-2023
A couple of them, especially Vassar, threw in a couple of sixths so it really sounds a bit Texas Swing at times.
sound jazzy. like it
Epic
That's my honey on the pedal steel!
best of best country one machine!!!!!!!!!!!
Steel player's Awrsome!
cool!
Not bad for old farts, this is the real shit!
Wow
VOM FEINSTEN!❤️🍻
No solo for the upright bassist? He carried the song!
Bass fiddle is a touch loud .
@mccurryburg - That is Bobby Lee Rodgers!
Great stuff but too bad whoever ran the sound didn't turn the banjo up!
Here is a vid with better banjo - ruclips.net/video/0Svq560FhoU/видео.html
Seen gassed at the bottom line
Further proof; there's no room for a steel in bluegrass. Musta been Vassar's nephew or sumpkin
turn that bass down!
utter crap, nowt like the original
