Have you ever tried putting your ink and alcohol mixture inside a large zip lock back, adding the wig, zipping of course and squeezing it around so it all is soaked, letting it it sit inside the bag. It would seemingly reduce alcohol fumes and lessen getting color on things you might not want it on. This color looks great on you!!
I started losing my hair after a leukemia diagnosis. I bought an expensive wig! It's synthetic with hand-tied knots on lace at the front. I want to modify the color to be more burgundy but I don't know how to work with the hand-tied front. I appreciate your recommendation! You're outstanding! Thank you!
Hello I love this idea could you please send a link on where you buy the ink and what colors do you think would look good on a warm skin tone thank you so much
I haven't tried it on heat friendly fibers. I have tried to add a root to an unrooted wig, but the results are never as good. I also haven't done multicolors yet, but now you make me want to!😍
I love this! So many questions. I have warm coloring instead of cool. Do you think using blond wig would work better to give me a warm tone? I’m 68 but want to try color. The only thing is most colors are cooler and don’t work as well for me.
I've only used grey wigs, but according to color theory, you might be able to use a blond wig if the color you're going for is warm, like red or warm salmon. Let me know if you try it.
Hello I have a question what kind of ink should I buy for this could you include a link by any chance and where you get it thank you so much I love this idea and what colors do you think would work good with warm skin tone
I have a smoke gray wig with very dark roots. I never wear it because of the dark roots. I have a photo of it to show you but I don't know how to attach it to this comment. Any suggestions?
In the video, I'm only wearing the Angel, first in the original grey, then in the blue. In the thumbnail, I'm wearing Paula Young's Victoria in soft pewter that was dyed using the same method. Thanks for watching.
Start with multidimensional white, platinum, silver wig...or get a rose wig that is multidimensional and dye it... either way just one pink dye will give you 2,3,4 colors depending on the original dimension
Have you tried this method? Or do you have another method to dye wigs? Let me know in the comments.
I'm 61, and I think you're my new idol (you and Cyndi Lauper). Making wigs mainstream AND adding the colors I've been craving!

There is no bell on phone
I bought nicco in smoke last month it's nice but not a show stopper when I dyed my hair blond I squirted the leftover on didn't phase it
Would rit dye work? Im so excited about the possibilities
If you want to try Rit dye, try the Rit Dyemore line made for synthetics, not the original used for cottons, wools and silks.
I bought a white wig. Number 60 in a Paula Young. Too white. My real color is between a light gray. Is it possible to dye a different color? Thanks
Yes, but will be much more vibrant.... if you want a muted color, buy muted ink or add a little grey ink to the color you like
Can you give the name of the dye you’re using?
4:38 - 5:01

There should be a link on my RUclips channel to email me. You should be able to attach it to an email. Let me know if you have an issue. Thanks.
Christine will the color wash out?
I was wondering the same, can you condition after rinsing or does it remove color
What is the name of the first wig u have on before the Paula Young Angel wig

@@christinemcgraw8710 I have PY Victoria and love the style in grey. gotta try one in steel blue!
What color ink would you use to get a pink multidimensional wig?
Start with multidimensional white, platinum, silver wig...or get a rose wig that is multidimensional and dye it... either way just one pink dye will give you 2,3,4 colors depending on the original dimension
Have you tried a pink color?
Yes, I've done pink and the same rules apply. Start with a silver or light grey rooted wig, then follow the process.
Where do u buy the Acrylic ink from ?
