I've seen Charlie with Anthrax and S.O.D, such an amazing drummer. Frank Bello is not much much older than me, I remember going to see Anthrax supporting Iron Maiden at Birmingham NEC, sadly got a seated ticket. I was literally moshing in my seat during Anthrax set and Frank recognised and pointed me out repeatedly during their set.
Check his work on all of their discography, specially on Spreading, Among and Time! Lone Justice ⚖, Discharge ⚡, Gridlock, Caught In A Mosh, I Am The Law ⚖, Got The Time ⏲, etc... Room For One More too.

Charlie Benante underrated as well. He’s an insane drummer, one of the first drummers to play blast beat in metal zone.

These guys are so underrated. I mean the timing is perfect. Theres hardly any inconsistencies if theres any at all.
