The funny thing is that in some parts of the show, Ivar act like if he had health legs.

Wow at least Ragnar let lagertha leave with their son and divorced him. But Ivar there's no escaping alive. Ragnar should of chosen his words more wisely when he spoke to him before dying cause he created a monster. Ragnar had a heart and was wise. Ivar is wise but heartless so he didn't have the love and dedication of his people as Ragnar did. Ragnar lost his heart towards the end he was empty so he didn't care what he was doing in words before he left the world cause he would of jit Ivar inthe head for doing this to his wife as Bjorn letting his fird wife fight wile pregnant. Ragnar cared for women especially the ones he loved.

@@MrJAMESTAKER please explain on why u commented I have no sense. I would appreciate it. I was meaning Ragnar when younger was into farming, being around people, not having everyone fearing him unless they wronged him but his son was even cruel to his brothers girlfriends and more and just details like that. Don't get me wrong ivar is intelligent and wiser in battles and things like that but heart wise he lacked wht his father had. But then again Ragnar wasn't there much when they were growing up as well as I said he should of choose his words more for Ivar youth and life like he did when younger. Ragnar spoke words after he hated life and was ready to leave the world. Yes he thought it was best to say such things but he wasn't going to b here for the after math like his other sons and the Viking people. That's all I was speaking on.
@@randomguy3000 was that towards me cause if so hell I wish. I'm just a mother of two that has to wipe her kids eyes cause of wanting friends and family or their father and him ignoring them. Having to b their mother, friend and all since his big family won't visit. I only have my mom most my family died or dying off. Dad died age 53 partying to hard in hells angel club and I have worked since age 13 taking care of the elderly giving my first cpr and seeind death at age 14 and been through lots knowing all evil in people and some good. I'm speaking on the show of what watching. Ragnar had love, was a good father, farmer ad fighter wanting more and got caught up in lust which costed his whole world with lagertha. But he was a good father and husband. Ivar was picked in from people in town, raised on Ragnar friend loving hate against all against the gods of Vikings and tormented and only loved by his mother which was then killed. Hell even his brother brought up to tease his mother breast feeding him at older age so he ha a bond with her lither of his brother but I believe before then he hated but once his only light was killed all good went with. He loved yes but he still was bad when Ragnar still have chances. But then again Bjorn how he was once his mother was killed by his half brother he should of shown the mercy that Ivar did and had to cause of Bjorn interrupting it. So I'm speaking from what I have seen. Not a pro just commenting as everyone else on what I think of episode and the show. Sorry again which I do apologise if anyone takes it not so we'll what I think from a person or mother point of view. Not trying to argue. Just making conversation. Plus giving to much tmi. Only having knowone makes u vent a little when can. U would it understand if ever in the same situation. RUclips is only place I can b on to speak on things.

Either the baby was perfectly normal (indicating that it was not Ivar's) or it inherited the gene for osteogenesis imperfecta from him. Either way he should have seen it coming and had Freydis sleep with Hvitserk to produce a healthy child from his bloodline...heck, maybe Ragnar knew that he had some bum genes and that's why he let Lagertha sleep with his brother and tried to farm her out to Aethelstan!

Based on the midwife's reaction to the baby and the comment "he will not be able to nurse" it is implied the baby had cleft lip/cleft palette
😂 the baby wasn't his. She slept with someone else to get pregnant, then had the man killed once she conceived. So whatever birth defect the child had wasn't from Ivar
I hate them both, Freydis is a liar and I'm glad Ivar killed her for it. I hate Ivar only because he's a monster that deserved to be lied to by her and now I hope in the end of the series he dies by King Alfred.

You know… Yes Freydis did cheat on him BUT the child was really his because of Katya got pregnant by Ivar later then yeah this means ivar really killed his own baby he had with Freydis :/
