I agree they may have priced themselves out of the market though they are versatile and worthy. take a Marshall circuit put it in a preamp and not like it cause it doesn't say Marshall

Hi Nathan, I plugged it into the return of my Marshall JVM 410 Head and miked a 2x12" cab fitted with vintage 30 Speakers with an SM57.

Can this preamp be used just as a preamp, without prower amp and speaker?
I have rack gear, and those Marshall monsters just do not fit, they need the power amp and speaker too...

I really like some of Rocktron’s gear, especially their older preamps!
But as much as I want to really like this thing, I am entirely not impressed with it at all!
And especially considering the asking price... I humbly bow out!

No Boss pedal can do what this does but there are a few pedals that can, just add a 2 or a 3 in front of that 99..lol
