    This was so helpful, thank you! I'm planning on going April 30-May 3 this year, was there a lot of snow on the ground when you were driving through the park? Trying to figure out what kind of rental car to get. Thanks!

    Really helpful vedio, thanks a lot.
    We are planing to visit Yellowstone in April 16 to 20. Were you able to drive to Artist point (Grand Canyon of Yellowstone) or had to hike from Canyon Village?

      Good that the video was useful! We were able to drive up the parking lot there, but we always recommend to call/visit the visitors center of the park. Weather conditions are always so unsure … have fun on your trip!

    Thank you for the info. I am planning to go in May as well, do you mind telling the RV park where you stayed, please?

    We’re thinking of going in October 16-18, but research says car rentals are already closed for West entrance. How or where can I rent a car for West entrance?

  • @jamescc2010
    @jamescc2010 3 года назад +2

    Is the park west entrance partially closed or having no access by cars late April for sure? We plan to go April 23 thru 26. I will call the park next week so we don't have any issue with our trip arrangement.

      Oh how great to hear that you’re going! Indeed, the best thing you can do is call the park because they know all the latest information!
      Have so much fun 🙌🏼

    Great video and very helpful. We are visiting May 5 through the 11th this year and I have to admit I’m surprised about how cold it is during that time. So I will make sure to have warm gear. Was there anything closed that you felt like you missed out on?

      Great to hear you will visit! Definitely wear warm gear; good idea. We did not have the feeling that we missed out on anything! Have fun on your trip!

    I´m planning a trip to Yellowstone and Glaciar National Park in mid of May. Is it possible to sleep in a car at night in May? what clothes should I pack?

    • @GLOBEWATCHERS
      @GLOBEWATCHERS  2 года назад +1

      How amazing that you’re going on a trip! To answer questions about the weather is very difficult, because we can never know for sure what weather it will be. We would recommend warm clothes, better too much clothes than too less 😜 Keep an eye on the weather forecast the weeks before your trip, and for the sleeping part: you can always ask the park rangers at the visitor center for their opinion! They know the weather conditions and the park best!
      Have a wonderful trip!

    I was thinking of going for my honeymoon and stay outside the north entrance but if there’s a lot that’s closed idk if there’s a point.

      We understand the struggle! It all depends on the weather conditions at the moment you want to go. The best thing you can do is to contact the park and ask which entrance is open!
