@@lucianofaugno3756 Hi, I went to sleep every night between 10:40 and 11:00 pm and I woke up at 5am. I made my schedule on my phone so I don't waste any time procrastinating when I wake up. This just seems completely wrong to me. The focus shouldn't be on waking up at 4 am because you can't decide when your body likes to sleep and how much. For me, I need about 8 hours and it is highly connected to sunlight. So I go to bed when the sun sets and I naturally wake up as it is rising and I don't feel drowsy or sluggish. Even on weekends I naturally wake up before 7 am. I think the focus should be on going to bed early (and let your body decide when to wake up).

Waking up 4 am or 5 am , good, but make sure you get enough sleep. At least 6½ till about 8 hours sleep. If you sleep less, you wil get prone to organ failure, high blood pressure, heart problems unhealthy side affects. And I am not talking you will experience this right away, but over many many years. Don't forget that sleeping less is not good for your brains, makes you less productive. So you can wake 4 or 5 AM, but make sure you get enough sleep, otherwise you will burn up in the long run
It was 1400 years ago when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the revelation of prayer. One of the prayer is called "FAJR" (Dawn prayer) this prayer starts around 4:00AM, and the worth of the Fajr daily prayer is explained as being God's most-favoured prayer since others are asleep. 4 AM RULE? Got it!!
As a matter of fact, in almost all ancient traditions that existed since 1000s of years before that, waking up before dawn at around 4:00 AM was considered ideal. That was not an revelation made specially to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was a revelation available since ages to everyone who listens to nature's rhythm.
Been doing this for years, in bed around 830-900pm then up at 400am sometimes 345am I work construction and do at least an hour drive to work to do start up. It's quiet, dark and the big payoff is the sun rise and by 10am my day is half over and usually at 230pm my day is done as far as the work schedule then the hour drive back home is less congested and I still have day light to do things at home. The other best time is to work 3rd shift 10pm to 630am and come Friday morning it's the best. Plus you get the fresh pastry and breakfast goods in the morning.
Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Allah has placed barakah for my nation within the early morning times. The most blessed time for a person to do anything is the early morning, especially from fajr till the sun rises! I honestly don't think there actually exists anything as a 'night owl' bcz we all humans are made within the natural laws of sleeping early and waking up early (sleeping when the sun goes down and waking up when in rises), it's just that we humans have broken these laws, due to our 'artificial living' and that's why we don't feel energised and happy in the day. Once we start living 'naturally', that's when we truly start feeling and living beautiful.
If you wake up at 4 am and have nothing to do, it is better to go to sleep again. Successful people aren't successful because they wake up early, they wake up early because they are successful and are busy(in general).
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 2 months ago about self development and now have 74 subs and almost 55 hour watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so much lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place
I wake up early because I am successful, I'm not belong to the mass, all my divine energy need to stay within me and then let it go to my goal and targets, at that time through meditation I am even in connection with Universe's energy, which at that time is in abundance and powerful.
I like waking up at 4am because BARNABY JONES COMES ON ! & it dont get much better because I'll never miss my date with lee MERRIWEATHER 🤲 women of the 70's were so HEAVENLY especially at 4am
So being a NIGHT OWL a bad thing? I didnt choose to be a night owl. I just observe over the yrs that im made to be one. It's just that Im really productive at night. Heat and sun light from morning drains my energy. Even how how sleep I got. Im really productive at 4pm onwards. My chores is done 2-3x faster at dark/night than in morning. Idk if i can force myself to be a morning person even if i wanted to.
I wake up at 0500 so I can pray to my God who allowed me to wake up into a brand new day. I am not in control of my heart beating in my chest. I am not in control of my lungs breathing for me. I am not in control of the events that unfold whether good or bad they have an effect on my day. I am not in control of what I do because I am inside the plans that are working out. I am not in control of anything I would like, but I am thankful God has me doing things no one else can. Waking up early is what I do to stay on top of my day and ahead of my game. Whatever happens is just a result.
Who goes to bed at 20:00-21:00 o'clock? There are still things to be done at that time. Unless you live alone and don't have other obligations - and still, even at 20:00 o'clock most of us are still at work. What is more, if you get up early you must finish work early, otherwise you'll burn out. If you get up at 04:00 and start work at 09:00, by 12:00 you will be tired, unable to focus on important things and by 17:00 (if you're lucky to leave work on time) you'll be exhausted. Research on cognitive skills and performance also points out the need to take regular breaks and sleep for 8 hrs.
nice idea, unfortunately most people arrive home on/after the time one should go to bed to be able to wake up at 4 am ... and for those with kids - can forget this "super plan" altogether. i don't buy this whole "its natural" either, I lived few months with 4.30-5 am rule however it neither fits my natural rhythm nor my schedule. There is such a thing as night owl, we are equally productive and it's also very quiet around the house at night, with added benefit that we get all routines out of the way the night before, so can relax in the morning and wake up with light shining rather than in darkness. Both ways work - success is not about the "when you wake up", but about consistency!
So as a night person, why can’t I get all this done at night while everyone else is sleeping? I don’t understand that having to get up early and I could be doing the same stuff at night.
I recommend that if you can barely get up at 6 in the morning, don't start at 4 because it is a very high jump. Start where you feel most comfortable, for example I wake up at 5 and everything works well for me, and the next day when I received the notification of this video, I unconsciously got up at 4, my alarm had not sounded and I began to organize ourselves. things and I discovered that it is very effective, and you have a lot of time but you have to know that your body also needs to sleep well, so start where you feel most comfortable and then move forward ...
The 4am rule is worth it because NO ONE ELSE IS AWAKE. :P No interruptions! No distractions! Privacy for once! (: Unfortunately, after exercise and lunch, I’m usually asleep at 2pm (search on biphasic sleep). Thank goodness I’m retired. :P Anyway, on Friday or Saturday evening, you can always go to sleep after a full meal, then wake up whenever, and start your day. Personally, I think it’s more important to be well-rested (which is why I sleep twice a day, again, search on biphasic sleep), and have some peace and quiet from everyone else so you can get done what *you* need to get done!
That’s dumb. Getting up early does not add time to your day at all because that means you have to go to sleep early or become sleep deprived and therefore much less productive. I prefer to get ahead of everyone by staying late. Same end result.
I agree. It depends on your body clock. If you are more productive at night then stay up late. Do not fail to get your 7-8 hours of sleep or you will get sick. I have read that successful people get 8-9 hours of sleep. Sleep makes you think better. I have also read that if you get up at 4 am that you will not live as long and that your mortality rate if higher.
Every evening I apologize to my husband for getting exhausted and going to bed around 8:30 PM. Then when I wake up around 3:30/4:00 AM I remember that I'm actually not sorry and I love getting up early.
Add this item: You should be asleep by 9 p.m. the night before. Waking up each morning at 4 a.m. after 6 or less hours' sleep is will negate all the 4 a.m. advantages.
They wake up five hours before the 9-5 day starts because they know we are all actually afternoon people (people who don't fully get into top gear until about five hours after they've gotten up).
I'm kind of sick about these "wake up at 6/5/4a.m." videos. Waking up early not means necessary that you will/are succesful. There are many people who wake up normal/late but still can manage their time... I agree only with fewer temptation as usually there are less people arpumd you at that time. Do not forget those either, who cannot wake up early due to neurogical/ other health issues. Would their succes depend on this one single thing?...

It can help you career if you wake up early and get ready for a productive day but by going to bed early, you eliminate your social life, no evening hangouts or social media, or even shopping in such schedule. I'd get bored with this life quickly. Looks especially bad for single people and remote workers. You technically live for work.

Yep you forgot cold shower
you forgt the time to pray
Why do you shower before you work out? Not judging, just curious.
What about night shift people
You should schedule your day at the end of the day means at night so when the morning comes you already know what you have to do.
Muslims wake at this time to pray and it is very productive
I am Inidan and I pray at 6:00 everyday whether I am lazy or not. I thank Lord Shiva the supreme god for giving me another day. I thank him for my food, water and education that he and my paremts provide me and i am very grateful for all those stuff i receive. I am scared of all those karmas I do but I try to do good things and help people such as: complimenting, help walking across the street and ext. I am very grateful my destiny is building up good👍🎓📒📚📄🐮

But sleeping is healthy!
I always wake early but I go back to sleep, is it a bad habit?
That’s why I like being on a morning shift at work because I wake up before 4am. So refreshing! Thanks!
I get up 4 AM most weekdays, actually showed it on my last RUclips videon on my birthday 😂🎂 it gets me ahead, certainly changes the game for gym and breakfast 💪 greetings from Hong Kong 🌆
I’m up at 4 am and in the gym four mornings each week since early 2018.
It “me time” and should have started sooner.
Same here! Nothing beats going to the gym early in the morning, when no one's there.
how awesome !!
Now, what if everyone else start waking up at 4am...?
2:00 A.M. Rule!!😵
My parents used to wake up 4:30 AM to beat the traffic around 5. Worked for almost 2 years. Now there's still traffic 5 AM in the morning.

Most people venture into crypto to be a millionaire, meanwhile, I just want to be debt free
That's very practical and smart goal, a wise man once said do everything you can to get outta debt, one of his tips to getting rich
You don't make money on forex or crypto by holding your coins rather you trade to make gain
@@JessicaRodriguez-bm7gq Just do the right thing, by trading with an expert, I trust me you will be a millionaire and debt free
The real secret of building wealth is by having multiple streams of income, that's includes both online and offline investments. If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you are fated to die working.
Crypto is the future, investing in it will be the wisest thing to do especially with the current rise
So you can wake 4 or 5 AM, but make sure you get enough sleep, otherwise you will burn up in the long run
waking up early is depends on how much early you sleep , so please make a video to help people in sleep early..:)
yes !!
4 AM RULE? Got it!!
🤲
As a matter of fact, in almost all ancient traditions that existed since 1000s of years before that, waking up before dawn at around 4:00 AM was considered ideal. That was not an revelation made specially to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was a revelation available since ages to everyone who listens to nature's rhythm.
Been doing this for years, in bed around 830-900pm then up at 400am sometimes 345am
I work construction and do at least an hour drive to work to do start up.
Omg. I wake up early automatically. I get to work about an hour early to relax, drink coffee and get motivated
Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Allah has placed barakah for my nation within the early morning times. The most blessed time for a person to do anything is the early morning, especially from fajr till the sun rises! For those who don't know what fajr means:
Fajr is one of five daily prayers, or salah, in the Islamic religion. It is performed just before sunrise.
WISH YOU ALL BLESSED MORNINGS!
Masha Allah
That's the Truth,
First Adhan at 3:30 wake up, shower head for fajr
Shukran
Nothing spells success quite like dying and earlier death from not getting enough sleep. 👍🏼

Well said
If you wake up at 4 am and have nothing to do, it is better to go to sleep again.
Successful people aren't successful because they wake up early, they wake up early because they are successful and are busy(in general).

I've woken up at 4:12 a.m. for over a decade. And to think just 12 minutes earlier and I could have been successful ! 🤣
No matter what I can't get to sleep before 2 AM. This would be VERY difficult for me.
Are you married?
I like waking up at 4am because BARNABY JONES COMES ON ! & it dont get much better because I'll never miss my date with lee MERRIWEATHER 🤲 women of the 70's were so HEAVENLY especially at 4am
Great video and I agree that the Early Riser becomes the Winner.
Most successful people always wake up at the *same* time. The fact that its early is just a result!
8-4 for me - I love getting up early and meditating
The best time of the day to wake up is 4 am, after a restful sleep.
I agree with you. ❤️
nice idea, unfortunately most people arrive home on/after the time one should go to bed to be able to wake up at 4 am ... and for those with kids - can forget this "super plan" altogether. i don't buy this whole "its natural" either, I lived few months with 4.30-5 am rule however it neither fits my natural rhythm nor my schedule.
I strictly follow the 4am rule. I sleep at 5am
So true my friend !
I started waking up at 4 am And sleeping around 8 pm. My days seem way longer lol
Personally, I think it’s more important to be well-rested (which is why I sleep twice a day, again, search on biphasic sleep), and have some peace and quiet from everyone else so you can get done what *you* need to get done!
bad habits get worse at night... i should have noticed this earlier in life
It depends.
That’s dumb. Getting up early does not add time to your day at all because that means you have to go to sleep early or become sleep deprived and therefore much less productive. I prefer to get ahead of everyone by staying late. Same end result.
That’s a great point and also how would this effect people who go to work at 5 or 6 am lol buying it 🤣
Kay Pearce yea people that say I gotta hustle I’ll sleep when I’m dead are going get there sooner lol
Every evening I apologize to my husband for getting exhausted and going to bed around 8:30 PM. Then when I wake up around 3:30/4:00 AM I remember that I'm actually not sorry and I love getting up early.
Yes it’s about goals you have more energy when you go to bed early straight to the gym and get going .
You guys are just as good as bright side you just need more subscribers . Everyone should subscribe I know I have
Add this item: You should be asleep by 9 p.m. the night before.
Well, I highly agree with this video . That’s why I’m going to sleep being 8 pm
The early bird might get the worm but the late worm gets to live another day!
Are you sure ?
3:43 am! Every day.
Never let the Sun rise over you asleep. 🙏
The 4AM rule is great when you have a big project to work on at your work or your studies but other then that? no thanks.
Your life is a big project buddy! Do what makes you happy!
What about those who suffer insomnia and cannot turn their brain off at night to the point of stay up until 4am? (Up and typing this at 3:30am)
I’m gonna start off waking up by 6:00

I'm eager to learn where to purchase and if where to leave my purchase for long term investing gains. Thanks so very much for your help & incredible videos.
Waking up at 4am means we need to sleep at 8pm for 8 hours beauty sleep?
Yeah!
Hours Does'nt Matter
Quality Sleeps Matter😀
that is too much of sleep, 6 hour of sleep is enough😎
Sleep at 10pm and wake up at 4am !!! 6 hours sleep is enough!!
The biggest problem to me is that I still can't make myself to go to sleep earlier.
It can help you career if you wake up early and get ready for a productive day but by going to bed early, you eliminate your social life, no evening hangouts or social media, or even shopping in such schedule. I'd get bored with this life quickly. Looks especially bad for single people and remote workers. You technically live for work.
My average wake up time is 7:30 . Am I going to switch to 4 am right away? Is it helpful to switch like that or step by step? 7 to 6 the 5 then 4? What do you advice?
What a coincidence today I woke up at 4 am? Now I have to follow 4 am rule.
I wake up at 4 but because I want to go to the bathroom
How to wake up at 4:00 when I have a night shift? (from 10pm to 6am) Do I have to sleep at work? What about work shifts that last from 2 PM to 10 PM? Then I can get to bed at 11 PM. Is 5 hours of sleep enough?
Quit your job. I go to bed at 8pm
Waking up early is not just a habit, it is a SKILL THAT CAN LEARNED AND PRACTICE
