    1- have uncomfortable experiences (don’t be afraid to have new experiences)
    2- find your daily routine
    3- surpass expectations (go above and beyond in everything you do)
    4- keep it clean (hygiene- when you look your best you’ll perform your best and it gives better first impressions)
    5- perpetual punctuality (always be on time)
    6-active success (take action to ask)
    7- control your mess (spend 10 minutes doing housework every day)
    8-accessible exercise (find ways to activate your body doing things)
    9-accepting their flaws (don’t be judgmental)
    10- acknowledge your growth
    11- the seven-hour rule ( don’t have any caffeine within 7 hours of your bedtime)
    12- restful environment (spend time prepping your environment for restful hours)
    13- get nostalgic (cherish memories)
    14-social happiness (spend time with your loved ones)
    15- charitable gratitude (help people)
    16- mood music (listen to your favorite song that means you happy)
    17- distance yourself from distractions
    18- the lone wolf (ask for help, do not be a lone wolf, you need other people to give you a new perspective and ideas)
    19- express your affection (tell your loved ones how much you appreciate them and love them)
    20- hydrate your mind (make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day)

      When it come to routine it simply relates to ones productivity it's not one sided ...it's really subjective....like my basic routine is waking up 3 am and studying then morning run and then start my day as productive as possible with the boost of endorphins from running...and evidently although I have a routine I can try new things....hope that helped
