As an epileptic the fact at how difficult it is for me personally to do some of these things and not by choice is crazy. I constantly have to fight and not give up. Half of these things are what I’ve been going through daily for the past 10 years. I’m not giving up and not letting my epilepsy get the best of me and my life

I agree, it is important to exercise. But what if we are busy and don't have time to exercise? I need to study and complete homework. I even need to complete projects. My school gives many projects to do. So I don't have much time. I often have good habits. I often get enough sleep, and I don't eat too much junk food.
They didn't mention damage done to a brain can come from a head injury. I got hit by a car and had a fractured skull.. It has affected my brain. The Dr said as I age it will get worse
But, intelligent people have fewer friends, as many of the videos on this channel have said, so how is being alone bad for your brain, I disagree with that, I love being solo, if im not with family, Im usually alone, if being alone causes dementia I'm in for it!
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is not necessary you will make yourself run to the constantly drink water whenever you feel thirsty I'm doing that and I'm super healthy only time i get sick is when there is a change of season like from summer to winter

When you spend a lot of time on any devices like phone, computer, and tablet, you sit in one place for a long time without spending time with family and playing sports.
It's true that a lot of fish contains heavy metals, however, the amount varies by type/species. I think swordfish, grouper, marlin and shark tend to be the worst for it. Some other species have very little.
Hi there I just read your message and I’m sorry to say most of the things we eat are either got pesticides or something else in them but that’s what greed unfortunately produces mass farming and I bought some supposedly free range eggs and there was water oozing in my frying pan and other foods are just full of junk so good luck trying to find clean healthy foods take care

No, you are ill-informed. Eat short lived fatty fish like mackerel, no time to accumulate mercury unlike long-lived fish like Sword-Fish etc.

I exercise as often as I can in the day. This does not mean on computer or phone a lot of the evening. Waste of time.
