Mam how to you define “Processes “ ?

Great question! ISO 9000 states that the term 'process' is a set of interrelated or interacting activities that use inputs to deliver an intended result. That is the official definintion so to break this down we can think of a process as a series of steps or actions that are connected. Each step affects the next. For example, in a bakery, the process of making bread involves steps like mixing ingredients, kneading dough, and baking. Each of these steps is interconnected - how well you mix the ingredients affects the kneading, and so on.
Inputs are the resources you need to carry out the process. In the bakery example, inputs would be flour, water, yeast, and so on. In a broader business context, inputs can also include things like information, time, manpower, equipment, and technology.
Intended Result: The ultimate goal of any process is to produce a desired outcome. In the bakery, the intended result is the finished loaf of bread. In a business setting, the intended result could be a physical product, a completed service, customer satisfaction, or even something less tangible like improved efficiency.
I hope this helps to define 'process' for you @ganstababiesswag4829
      Regards, Jackie
