I'm enjoying the talks but the volume is low evem when i set it on maximum on my phone. Could that be improved, please?
Thank you so much for your feedback and for enjoying the talks! We’ve double-checked the video, and the volume seems to be at the optimal level. It might be worth checking your phone’s overall sound settings or trying a pair of headphones to see if that helps. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we’re glad you’re enjoying the content!
the anser to your first question is Clause no 8.1 Op planning and control.
Thanks for that - hopefully this video will help you then ruclips.net/video/61395FnxUcA/видео.htmlsi=vfN4-pL6HhFOvb2Y
Iam watching all of them, she is really good at explaining, dont mind to get even more simplified but still thank you <3 ive been searching searching for documents to teach me not imaging someone willingly will be given this information and teach for free. I will soooo try to get company to get your training online or if i get the job pay for it myself <3
Glad you like them!
Thanks for your feedback @Michailo. I'm glad you are enjoying and learning from the clause videos. Regards, Jackie

Thank you for the broadcast! Very useful for those pursuing leadership certifications like PMP. Your content is inspiring. Keep it up!"
Thanks so much - we're glad you found it helpful!
Thank you so much for watching/listening. Kelly and I really appreciate your support.
hi, i am anandkumar from india i have iso certificate but i need to understand the practical knowladge.
We're glad you're on the journey towards practical knowledge - we hope our videos help!
Hello Is there a rule like at ISO13485 of sections thank cannot be excluded from the scope?? Thanks
Thanks for the question. I do not audit against ISO 13485 and do not have a copy myself to check. However I suggest looking at clause 4.3 in ISO 13485 to see whether this is a statement similar to that in ISO 9001 where it talks about determining what is not applicable to the scope. If this wording isn't in there, then it would appear that there are no areas that can be stated as not applicable (old wording - excluded).
we will let Jackie answer that question! thank you for watching our videos
Best teacher ever.. Started watching your all videos from starting in this ISO 9001 Playlist. Still continuing study. A small error was there in the video as you said "Clause 8.5.6 as Post-Delivery activities". I know it's not a big deal, but just let you know that we are keeping our full focus on your teaching. Just happy to hear the words " I Love It & the Nitty Gritty". Just Joking.... Keep going Ma'am . God bless you.
Thank you so much for pointing out that error @jerinthomas6788. This is greatly appreciated. I will add this to our 'rework' list, after prioritising the videos that I am yet to record for some clauses. I'm glad you are learning from the videos.
Thank you so much for pointing that out - We will definitely make sure we are spot on for the next video!
And what about 8.5 "Production and service provision"?
I've just taken a look and clause 8.5 is in the 'ready to be filmed' list. We haven't confirmed a filming schedule for 2025 yet, but it is definitely on the list! Thanks for asking.
I will check with Jackie's filming schedule to see when 8.5 is ready to go!
I have one question... why do the auditors hired by my company suck so much??
🤣 thank you. This made me laugh! Yes, some auditors are 'interesting' aren't they? What 'sucky' behaviours are the auditors your company hires displaying? This is a great topic to break down and discuss! Thanks for sharing.
@@jackiestapleton7304 Thanks for answerting Jackie!! I believe the worst behaviors revolve around focusing on formal requirements: naming documents, signing procedures, version control (what a headache) instead on looking at the bigger picture: the things that allow the Co. to deliver consistently customer requirements. Like analyzing process output, critical to quality, controling suppliers... etc.
@@cesarb2679 interesting. It appears as though the focus is on the 'easy stuff' and this may reflect a lack of understanding of the entire business context or industry. This is only a guess, of course. If an auditor is sticking to this basic stuff, then it may mean they are struggling with understanding the bigger picture. If this is an external or certification auditor, you can request another auditor and check their credentials for industry experience, which may help you to find one that is better suited.
Thanks for the great and honest comment :)
the example of a company goal (dispatch order within 3 days) was GOLD
That's a simple one to comprehend I guess!
great to hear. Thanks for your comment.
Thanks
No problem at all! Thanks for watching!
Fantastic Job, posting these videos, I really appreciate your time and effort, you are a born teacher.
Thank you, we're glad you find the videos helpful!
Good place to start? As an intern with no experience, sure. Maybe pretending Manager without pay or prospects is a learning experience but that lasts a couple years before it becomes insulting, humiliating and futile if you are dealing with a progress driven individual. Also, a progress driven individual wouldn't accept the neglect and abuse from self serving leaders who try to manipulate staff to act like a manager, not pay quality staff what they are worth and eventually pay themselves obscene amounts as they continue to abuse their power. This worked to sucker people years ago. The labor force knows the game now. Just pay people what they are worth and if you want good leadership, make it official and pay them a competitive wage that is also instep with the cost of living.
Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. You’ve raised some really important points about fair compensation, recognition, and the need for organizations to genuinely value and invest in their people. We completely agree that paying people what they’re worth and offering official titles and competitive wages is essential for fostering both respect and long-term leadership. The intention behind our video was to highlight that leadership is often about mindset and influence rather than titles alone. However, we recognize that this should never be an excuse for companies to exploit employees or undervalue their contributions. We also want to acknowledge that your comment likely reflects experiences in organizations that haven’t created the supportive culture people need to thrive. We understand how frustrating that can be and want to assure you that there are organizations out there that value fairness, growth, and respect. We hope this conversation helps encourage more businesses to step up and create those environments. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts and adding depth to this discussion!
We understand your frustrations, it's important for leaders to acknowledge the value of their staff.
Truly a GREAT video. Been working on my ISO recertification and it feels so great to find someone who actually analyzed it and tells your HOW to do it. Reading the norm is such a mediocre approach and frequent, but to enrich it with experinces... AMAZING!
oh that is so great to hear. Thank you for your kind feedback. I'm so glad you find the videos helpful.
Thanks for the feedback @cesarb2679. That is great to hear
It is the same subclause from iso 45001?
yes, there are a lot of similarities across all ISO standards when it comes to clause 7.5 and it's subclauses. Great point and thanks for sharing.
Hi, could you please talk about internal audit steps or phases. Thanks
Thanks for your question - have you had a look at our Auditing ISO Management Systems playlist? You may find something in there? ruclips.net/p/PLixALmch2V_G1FdnTj7VA9Uhq5smXcVHr

It would be interesting to see a Social Compliance standard developed, with a similar focus to that of Grow Coms' 'Fair Farms' 🤔
Would that be something like ISO 26000 Social Responsiblity?
Thank you. This is priceless information.
I'm glad you found it useful. Regards, Jackie

Jackie is a good teacher.
thanks for your kind words. Regards, Jackie
Hi Jackie. Thanks a lot for your time and great context that you are sharing with us. I have a question for you: if I take Lead Auditor Integrated Management Systems, it will cover all other Lead Auditor certificates like QM, EM, an OH45001; Or I have to take those certificates too? Thanks for your time to reply my questions.
yes, if you complete Lead Auditor Integrated Management Systems with ATOL (I can't speak for other training providers) then this includes competencies for Lead Auditor, (AUTL), QM, EM and OH45001. There is a bonus module covering the correspondence between the integration of those 3 Standards also. I hope that helps.
@@auditortrainingonline thanks for your kind reply Jackie.
Thank you for reviewing the calibration clause but I have a question regarding self made tools that a company makes to help gather test data. The company made a breakout box that interfaces between the manufactured equipment and test equipment, this breakout box allows the user to access the values without back probing wires. Does this interface device need to go through some type of verification/certification that is does not affect the voltages or signals from the device being tested?
Wow! this is an interesting scenario! While the breakout box may not directly perform the measurement itself, it seems to be acting as an intermediary between the test equipment and the device being measured (that is my understanding so far). Based on this understanding, the breakout box could potentially affect the test results if there is interference with the signals or voltages measured. The options in continuing the use of the breakout box could be: 1. Perform a risk assessment to ensure that using the breakout box does not introduce significant risk into the testing process. This will analyze the potential for errors and how these may be able to be controlled. This could also mean that components of the breakout box are scheduled for inspection and replacement if they have the potential to impact the results. Control measures to consider could be: 1. If the breakout box is part of the process but not directly verified or calibrated, you would need to demonstrate that the final validation or verification checks are sufficient and conducted by calibrated equipment. This will ensure that any discrepancies during the earlier process using the break out box are identified. I hope this gives you something to think about :) all the best, Jackie
GREAT JOB Jackie
thanks! Regards, Jackie
