      Thank you so much for your feedback and for enjoying the talks! We’ve double-checked the video, and the volume seems to be at the optimal level. It might be worth checking your phone’s overall sound settings or trying a pair of headphones to see if that helps. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know, and we’re glad you’re enjoying the content!

    Hello Is there a rule like at ISO13485 of sections thank cannot be excluded from the scope?? Thanks

    • @jackiestapleton7304
      @jackiestapleton7304 14 дней назад

      Thanks for the question. I do not audit against ISO 13485 and do not have a copy myself to check. However I suggest looking at clause 4.3 in ISO 13485 to see whether this is a statement similar to that in ISO 9001 where it talks about determining what is not applicable to the scope. If this wording isn't in there, then it would appear that there are no areas that can be stated as not applicable (old wording - excluded).

      @cesarb2679 25 дней назад

      @@jackiestapleton7304 Thanks for answerting Jackie!! I believe the worst behaviors revolve around focusing on formal requirements: naming documents, signing procedures, version control (what a headache) instead on looking at the bigger picture: the things that allow the Co. to deliver consistently customer requirements. Like analyzing process output, critical to quality, controling suppliers... etc.

    • @jackiestapleton7304
      @jackiestapleton7304 22 дня назад

      @@cesarb2679 interesting. It appears as though the focus is on the 'easy stuff' and this may reflect a lack of understanding of the entire business context or industry. This is only a guess, of course. If an auditor is sticking to this basic stuff, then it may mean they are struggling with understanding the bigger picture. If this is an external or certification auditor, you can request another auditor and check their credentials for industry experience, which may help you to find one that is better suited.

    Good place to start? As an intern with no experience, sure. Maybe pretending Manager without pay or prospects is a learning experience but that lasts a couple years before it becomes insulting, humiliating and futile if you are dealing with a progress driven individual. Also, a progress driven individual wouldn't accept the neglect and abuse from self serving leaders who try to manipulate staff to act like a manager, not pay quality staff what they are worth and eventually pay themselves obscene amounts as they continue to abuse their power. This worked to sucker people years ago. The labor force knows the game now. Just pay people what they are worth and if you want good leadership, make it official and pay them a competitive wage that is also instep with the cost of living.

    • @jackiestapleton7304
      @jackiestapleton7304 29 дней назад

      Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. You’ve raised some really important points about fair compensation, recognition, and the need for organizations to genuinely value and invest in their people. We completely agree that paying people what they’re worth and offering official titles and competitive wages is essential for fostering both respect and long-term leadership. The intention behind our video was to highlight that leadership is often about mindset and influence rather than titles alone. However, we recognize that this should never be an excuse for companies to exploit employees or undervalue their contributions. We also want to acknowledge that your comment likely reflects experiences in organizations that haven’t created the supportive culture people need to thrive. We understand how frustrating that can be and want to assure you that there are organizations out there that value fairness, growth, and respect. We hope this conversation helps encourage more businesses to step up and create those environments. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts and adding depth to this discussion!

      yes, if you complete Lead Auditor Integrated Management Systems with ATOL (I can't speak for other training providers) then this includes competencies for Lead Auditor, (AUTL), QM, EM and OH45001. There is a bonus module covering the correspondence between the integration of those 3 Standards also. I hope that helps.

    Thank you for reviewing the calibration clause but I have a question regarding self made tools that a company makes to help gather test data. The company made a breakout box that interfaces between the manufactured equipment and test equipment, this breakout box allows the user to access the values without back probing wires. Does this interface device need to go through some type of verification/certification that is does not affect the voltages or signals from the device being tested?

    • @auditortrainingonline
      @auditortrainingonline 3 месяца назад

      Wow! this is an interesting scenario! While the breakout box may not directly perform the measurement itself, it seems to be acting as an intermediary between the test equipment and the device being measured (that is my understanding so far). Based on this understanding, the breakout box could potentially affect the test results if there is interference with the signals or voltages measured. The options in continuing the use of the breakout box could be: 1. Perform a risk assessment to ensure that using the breakout box does not introduce significant risk into the testing process. This will analyze the potential for errors and how these may be able to be controlled. This could also mean that components of the breakout box are scheduled for inspection and replacement if they have the potential to impact the results. Control measures to consider could be: 1. If the breakout box is part of the process but not directly verified or calibrated, you would need to demonstrate that the final validation or verification checks are sufficient and conducted by calibrated equipment. This will ensure that any discrepancies during the earlier process using the break out box are identified. I hope this gives you something to think about :) all the best, Jackie
