Thank you for this tutorial! As a small business owner lacking experiences and knowledges, this video is a life saver. I struggled a lot with my product photography and I think this will help me
Aw YAY!! I am so so glad to hear that it helped!! It has taken me forever to get better at photography!! I do finally feel like I am getting better as well!! 💖💖💖
Thank you so much for posting this. Like many Etsy sellers, I'm not a photographer and I didn't want to or have the time or energy to learn an entire sophisticated software program and buy a digital camera. Your tip to use an app to edit photos taken on your phone actually helped me take some super sophisticated photos for my shop. Thank you so much!
Great to see how you use an iPhone! I share some product photo tips in one of my videos and I’ll be doing a budget photo props shopping vlog soon :) Quick tip: If you’re shooting diamond stones on rings, use the Lightroom brush tool, brush over the rocks, and desaturate any reflecting colors from the ring band. I do this for wedding photography and it helps highlight the true diamond color vs taking on the gold or rose gold of the band (or green of surrounding florals).
Thank you so much for the helpful video tutorial! Would you recommend using Levels, Curves, and Color Balance in Photoshop to retouch jewelry images? I hope you have a wonderful day!
📷 Good tutorial. My pcs are bit more intricate. Trying to get opals, other stones to pop, while getting smooth metal or details too shine. I cut opals create faceted gem( tanz garnets sapphire) custom rings pendants. Not having a proffessional too shoot pics is tough.
you should always use a Pro photography with special lighting to maximise quality because if you skimp that part how does that relate to your customers , its not a bad photography but it could of been alot better for £80 , is it worth skimping the photographers fee?
I have ordered stainless steel from 2 different company’s and I’m happy to share their details. XYZbeads.com has a lot of stainless steel chains and supplies. I have had good experiences with this company, however, it is important to note that their pictures are much lighter than the jewelry is in person. Most stainless steel has a slightly darker hue. Another company is through the app aliexpress. The seller is cardy koala jewellery Store. I have bought chains through here before and found the company good to work with. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. 💖
Can anyone please help me out.? I want to buy those decorative pieces she used in the video such as little marble pieces and those pretty flowers. Where can i get them easily ?
