Okay, I see what you're saying, you're right actually, however it still applies because you are more likely to block it standing if you tried to parry it standing then crouching, thats because the moves still hit later because you are in a crouch.
I should edit a little bit, but basically it still is easier to perfect parry from crouch and get more consistent perfect parries because whatever move you are trying to perfect parry, will still hit later and you don't have to worry about timing it from standing. Hopefully that makes sense.
Yep. This is correct from my testing as well. That being said, if you crouch, you give yourself 1 extra frame to react and PP the Dragonlash, at the cost of being -2 instead of -1 if you only got normal parry or blocked it instead.

Nah this doesn't work because you have crouching hurtbox during the perfect parry frames. You don't stand up until the perfect parry window ends.

@@travis9529 that's a good point. I feel you always want to tap parry earlier rather than later just in case.
