- This 30-minute relaxing Yin Yoga practice with music focuses on opening the hips. A dreamy folk soundtrack by Tim Gillespie helps us let go and relax.
This practice may be best experienced with headphones. Other helpful props include blocks if you use them in your practice and anything you like to use for Savasana.
Feel free to practice in bed if getting up and down from the floor isn't accessible to you.

This is exactly what I have been needing! I can't wait to come back to this video and do this Yin session with you.
I am so glad! Let me know what else you'd like to see .
I'm currently focused on low back pain and hip mobility (SI joints). And I'm very new to yin yoga.
Gotcha, I'll definitely add that to my list! This Full Body Stretch with Strap video might be helpful, mainly the lower body portion here:ruclips.net/video/BHnNLpd5bnQ/видео.htmlsi=bYw-r2D1rIWNmlfA&t=724 If you don't have a strap you can use a scarf or rolled towel.
I came back. This was the perfect start to my Saturday. Thank you.
SO glad to hear it! 💜
