When you said, "asymmetric in mobility," I got that, and I wish more yoga guides would mention that!
I think it is really important to honor where our body is at when we practice. Our mobility changes daily, and each side of our body has different mobility depending on the day too.💜

I'm currently focused on low back pain and hip mobility (SI joints). And I'm very new to yin yoga.

Thank you! I feel like at the end of the day I’m either nice and loose from a lot of movement or really tight from being hunched at the computer all day (more common). I think this flow is enjoyable, in different ways, regardless of which way I coming to the mat/bed. Really happy it is helpful for you!
