you're so lucky, seeing whales in the wild! How totally cool. I'm disabled and housebound in a council estate in scotland, so to see these amazing animals in the wild is fantastic and I'm so glad your youtube channel lets us housebound people see these wonderful animals. Thankyou, you lucky things you!
Check out GoNorth Japan for some nice hiking videos from Northern Japan. It's a smaller channel but he deserves so many more views because his videos are beautiful and he'll even talk a bit about the history of the area or some legends of the area. I have some mobility issues that would prevent me from hiking so I live vicariously through videos.
@@Escalusfr it probably was implied largest living animal!! the ones that you mentioned are/should be in the largest stinct animal that has ever lived👋🏻
I love living in Washington state. I was lucky enough to see an entire family of these whales feeding in shallow waters when I was beach combing. It was amazing to watch them do their thing and you could tell they were very aware of us too. So glad I have videos.
Let Danielle be great in her own name no one will ever be Steve and she is no Steve Irwin and that is no insult to Danielle at all, she’s amazing. Steve’s son Robert is the closest we will ever have to the Mighty Steve Irwin.
I used to live in Newport Oregon, and would walk out to Yaquina head light house. you could see them come right up to the rocks feeding, it was wonderful.
I remember reading somewhere that Grey Whales were once called Devilfish centuries back because they had a predilection for attacking and capsizing small hunting boats
@@Gjoufi you don’t take a “small hunting boat” to hunt whales. You use it to fish and hunt medium size fish. You know, for feeding? The reason you’re here today?
This is one of the BEST EVER videos from this channel!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! And I love this presenter! SHE MUST REMAIN an Animalogic presenter & informer! I
You remind me of David suzukis daughter who had a show called "Nature Quest." It was essentially Canadian kids version of krats creatures; which as a boy living in Northern Ontario was awesome. But seriously animalogic and the whole team behind the channel are just awesome!
It amazes me that there's aquatic mammals. They live in the water. They breathe air. What the shit. Also, the whole live birth thing. So crazy. Nature is crazy.
We went to Christmas dinner at a restaurant in La Jolla, Ca. We sat next to the picture window overlooking the ocean. I told my 5 year old sons they might see some whales. Half way through our meal one of them spotted one and yelled out, his brother saw it and was equally as excited. The other folks in the room were thrilled for them. It was a wonderful experience.
I finally thought of an animal to request a video of, the short-tailed shearwaters. Their migration from Alaska to nest and mate on Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia and then a trip to feed in the waters of Antarctica is just amazing. Phillip Island Nature Parks would be a great contact to get some more info about them. I hope one day I can go to the island to see the Little Penguins in person; I know you already have a video on the Little Penguins there.
If you want to see these creatures the only place to go is Baja California’s Magdelena Bay form Jan-early March. They come up to you small boat where, if you’re fortunate, you can touch them. They are friendly, curious, and gentle.
Susan bird and Captain Dana are both on RUclips, cut Dana takes beautiful videos of all navy animals and Susan free dives with them, Great little doc, quite the experience, I got to swim with whales in the Atlantic when I was a kid❤️❤️❤️❤️
Seeing whales in their worlds is always nice. Also as an animal suggestion for the next video, I recommend elephants. Largest sea animals going to the largest Land animals.
Hey! I've been watching for years, but finally thought of a creature you should feature! You've done skunks; how about a video about their eastern cousins, the stink badgers?
Where I live we paddle out on the ocean in outrigger canoes or in kayaks. In winter there are humpback whales. We see these majestic animals almost every day for a couple of months out of the year. We are not allowed to approach them, but they often approach us.
Wish you could come to monterey California to cover our fun animals and the monterey Bay aquarium. How often do you find a vampire squid, otter, mountain lion, and condor in the same day.
what's crazy to me is that global scale that some animals travel on the regular. It took us hundreds of thousands of years to be able to easily travel between all corners of the planet.

Try a VR dive! You can 'swim' with animals and explore tons of places and meet people!

I love Japan but they are the worlds third largest economy, they really have no need to hunt whales and I wish they would see and understand that.
china too
I had no idea Norway hunted that many. They hunt more than the other two.
If the whales aren't endangered and hunting quotas are regulated then there's nothing wrong with hunting.
The dolphin hunts are quite cruel.
Are we going to act like Scandinavian countries arent ecological terrible

That's a lot like a bully calling the victim a psycho for fighting back
I think they just accidentally destroyed them by swimming by, most whales can kill great whites by just paddling their fins so it’s probably the case
Yeah, they did that, I think it's because most whales didn't fight during whaling.... which make killing them even more cruel ^^'
