Etsy was always amazing, but I've noticed a lot of drop shipping items and some scammy looking shops recently. I still use it very regularly but I look into each shop a lot beforehand. I pretty much only order from 'local sellers' here in the UK and usually look into if they have any social media etc first. Such a shame this happened and I hope you're able to get a refund. If it makes you feel like it’s not just you, in the last week, I rushed my kitty to the ER (pretty sure I shelled out $1300 because he needed a good 💩🤪) needed new rear brakes on the car, deadbolt on my front door stopped working, my new treadmill got delivered and I think I hate it, and now my pinkie toe seems to be bleeding for no reason. If you don’t laugh about it you’re gonna cry, but I’ve definitely done both this week! Hope it gets better for you 💕❤️💕

Some public libraries have really great printers that can print the BEST iron-on transfers or print directly on clothes. You just buy the shirt and print it yourself.

You could also need a steroid injection, or oral steroids. I bought a dress from Etsy and it was one week past the estimated delivery date. I contacted them and asked what’s going on and they said the dress was still in production. I asked if I could get another estimated delivery date. They said they didn’t know when a next one would be because it’s still in production. Which is very weird. Most places would update that. I just contacted Etsy and they gave me a refund. I checked the seller’s page and suddenly they had no followers and were no longer selling anything. Whole page was completely blank.

I sent the shop a message and they sent me another one no problem, and that was good quality! So definitely don't stop buying from Etsy in general, it's just the shop that was bad (unfortunately)

I agree with this. If you didn't pay through PayPal, definitely dispute with your bank. If it was PayPal though, they are pretty good about claims. I have only had to dispute once on Etsy, and it was for someone that was legit but I have no idea what happened and they just disappeared on me. Etsy was good about the dispute though. But yeah you have to be careful nowadays. All this "handmade" stuff isn't so handmade unfortunately.
I tried to buy something from a small business on Instagram once but never got it and then the owner made a post saying her pet (I think it was a rat) had a medical emergency so she used our money for that... and never sent any refund or item. I'm not trying to sound heartless but that is not right!
My little guy is 2. And I'm still washing bottles. Lol I don't have to do the extra parts now. But still he needs bottles to nap and go to bed. So u may have a few years of bottle washing ahead of you

Yes definitely do a charge back from your bank, you have 180 days from purchase to get refunded!
